I visited Roswell Car Spa Sunday. In the 45 minutes it took to wash the car they managed to make my $400 prescription sunglasses disappear. They all vouched for each other and said there was nothing they could do. Have we become complacent about turning over a $20 -50M car to complete strangers and everything that is in it. I went to this "full service" CarSpa in Roswell on a Sunday afternoon. They were not busy in fact I sat in the DULL SERVICE bay for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by two people sittin/talkin. No big deal I am not in any rush, so I waited. I asked for the best package for leather seat conditioning and carpet...$65.00! They don't take their coupons unless you print them out, and the cashier was lacking customer service. I watched from the window as the worker half dryer, using the same spray for windows and interior. I had to ask twice for simple tasks to be completed THAT I PAID FOR and an annoyed manager who finally did the tasks himself. My car does not look like I spent $65. Im never going back and you shouldn't either! read more

They never have enough staff to be prompt (or sometimes to even be open). They said "about a 45 min wait" when they must really mean "over an hour wait". This is NOT a one-time issue. I just canceled my membership and will never look back. The wait might be tolerable if it was "good" service, but it's not. read more

Definitely a place that does a half ass job. Must be their slow season because they were trying to up charge everything on me when all I asked was to just get the inside of my car cleaned, I dont need any extra waxing, etc.... I get my car back and I couldn't even tell what they had even done. My seats still had crumbs on it, there was water splashed splashed on the seats that I needed to ask for a cloth to clean off, yet nothing looked wiped down (besides the dash). I understand I didn't pay for an expensive package (was about $20) but glad I didn't get anything more than that because I'm sure it would still be awful. I've been to other places where I pay the same price and they do a WAY better job than this place. read more

I've been here about 5 or 6 times and each time they've done a decent job cleaning my car. But recently had two very negative experiences. First, I asked for a basic interior and exterior wash, the young woman says "We have the XYZ package for $19." I say "Is that the least expensive exterior and interior cleaning?" She says "Pretty much." When I ask inside, the cashier says the least expensive is "about $16." So "Pretty much" is a lie. Still, they do an OK job, the guys actually cleaning the car are great and polite so I return. This time I bring my wife's car and ask if they can clean the exterior like normal but somehow deep clean the leather and carpet inside - like detail the interior so the beige leather looks less dingy and more like when it was new (2-year-old car). The guy says "That's impossible, we can't do it. All we can do is spray leather protectant on it." Hmmm "Can't" or "Won't?" So I went to Advance Auto Parts and bought a $7 bottle of leather cleaner and did it myself. Turns out, it wasn't impossible. I probably won't go back. Finally, it's minor but I don't like how the cashier won't allow me to get a few dollars for a tip when using a credit card. Instead, I have to buy a Car Spa gift to give the guy as a tip, that way the tip money can only be spent at that store - it feels like the owners or mgmt are trying to milk a little extra money out of the employees. I really don't like it when the cashier says "we can't do that" when I ask for a dollars extra to give as a tip. Well, you can, you just won't - again, can't and won't are different. read more

I used To love this car wash. But the last couple times including today that I have been they always forget to do something. Today for instance just to get a basic wash, wipe down, and vacuum I was there for over an hour and a 1/2. Due to something that happened, but they didn't even make an announcement or anything to let us know there will be a delay. We just sat there wondering what was taking so long. And to top it all off, they said they were double checking my card to make sure it got done well because of this issue and I still had spots on both sides mirrors and my driver side window. I know I only paid $19 for it, but it should be done correctly. I will not be returning to this car wash unless I'm desperate. read more

We are very disappointed with the detailing job we had done on August 12th. We purchased the full detailing package with added cost due to the size of the vehicle for a total of $155. After examining the car, we found many spots that were still dirty including tbe hubcaps. At that price, we expected all details to be covered in their detailing! read more

I waited 10 minutes to have a representative assist me. Even then I had to exit my vehicle and speak with a supervisor for assistance. After my vehicle was washed I noticed I my Weather Tech driver side floor mat was missing. I ask the young lady if she knew where my floor mat was located? The young lady went to search in the back and brought out an old dirty floor mat that clearly was not mine. I have weather tech mats in my vehicle. I showed her my other mats and told her my missing mat looks exactly like the other mat. She disappears. Another gentlemen then advises they have "lost" my mat. He advises he can't pay for the mat and request I fill out a form to pursue payment. So now I'm leaving with no floor mat for my vehicle. They did not offer to reimburse me for the car wash. I let them know because they are making me wait for reimbursement of expenses the least they could do is credit me for the car wash. I paid for a car wash not to leave with missing parts of my vehicle. The gentleman was nice enough to do that. However, I still don't have a floor mat for my car. I completed the claim paperwork and hopefully carspa will right their wrongs. read more

I would recommend this car wash to everyone! The staff is super friendly, very fast and efficient, honest. The detailers do a fantastic job they made my car look brand new. My car is always filthy since it's a black car so I decided to take it here on a beautiful day with a 48 hour guarantee. The wait was 1 hour since it was so busy. I got the platinum plus package which cleans the inside/outside and shampoo your carpets for about $36. As I observed the employees they made sure that the car was really clean. They treated the cars there as if they were their own. Even though it was 6 workers outside it was quite as they met each car with excitement. Nice job guys, I will be back! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. You have to go behind them after ordering a $95 detail job and remind them of places where they haven't cleaned despite telling you they are done (e.g. dirty trunk). Might as well be called Car Spa Express because it is missing the gas station and oil change stations. Disappointing. What is left? Car wash and emissions. I desperately needed my emissions done. Desperately. Headed here looking forward to a complete and comfortable Car Spa-y experience, as I've been to the Marietta location many times and left happy. However, it is just not comparable. The dude who first came up to my window was not the emissions guy but helped himself to looking at my tattoos on my arms and even my leg.. By leaning over to look in my car. He is lucky I am not uptight. The emissions guy came by and was much less inappropriate. He spoke to me professionally and carried out the emissions promptly. I waited inside. The waiting room was clean but uneventful. I was happy to find out I was only paying $20 but the cashier didnt say a word and I didn't get the $5 credit towards a car wash. I don't care. Here's the mission for me: get my 2 black cars washed as cheaply as possible, as well as possible. I think I have found the winner in my recent tour of Metro Atlanta car washes. Car Spa is a larger car wash, and has a giant waiting room with 2 areas, one for the adults and one dedicated to the little ones. It doesn't have all of the gewgaws that you may find at Sky Wash, but at the same time, its also about $20 cheaper on average. They do the same level of service as Sky, but a bit faster and without the pretension and cost. They seem to have a wifi, and large comfy chairs that let you look out onto the detail area, while waiting inside in the a/c, and a 48hr rain guarantee. One really nice thing is that there's usually only one person doing each car, which I think results in a better wash & detail. There are other outfits that have throngs of people attack each car once they come out of the tunnel, each with their own job, but those places tend to miss things as the team is moving from car to car so quickly. read more

Nice $5 quick wash. I have only ever been here for the quick, drive through, $5 car wash. For me, it gets the job done, and it's $5 which is cheaper than a lot of other places. I've been taking my cars here to be washed for years. This time I was wanting to get an emissions test. Stopped by and was told that they had an internet problem and were unable to perform the test. Went back the following week and waited 15 minutes before anyone showed up. The problem now was that someone had decided that parking their Mercedes in front of the entrance was a good idea. On top of that, it wouldn't start so they had to jump start it. Left at that point and will not be returning. read more

Came in for a detail- am still waiting for my car after 2 hours. Watched the process from inside and could see that the tech moved at a snails's pace. Seems they would always have 2-3 techs on each car. More cars=more $$$ A gentleman approached me to inquire about which car I was waiting for - he checked on the progress and told me "they aren't even close-said it took awhile to get to it" (which isn't true as I've been watching) One other item-they refuse to take digital coupons. This is my second time going here. I have been quite pleased with my experience. This last time I came after work and showed up about 5 minutes before they close. They told me this but said that they weren't going to turn me away. I suggested I just come back rather than keep them past quitting time. The guy said he appreciated my consideration and actually encouraged me to stick around. Always pays off to show personal interest in another person in my experience. Honestly, just had the best car wash experience ever. I'm usually in midtown Atlanta and the car wash places aren't even comparable to this one. I had broken glass in my back seat and they were able to completely clean it out and did it with a nice positive attitude ( didn't even charge me extra). The only reason why I am giving them one star is because the ladies at the front desk were reasonably friendly and professional. Everything else was far short of my expectations. They had to be reminded of what I ordered, they didn't clean the books and crannies I paid extra to have cleaned like my door panel and vents and console, they didn't bother to move a set of headphones or change to simply get the console cleaned, and my windows looked terrible and smeared in addition they didn't have the fragrance I bought. Had to remind them to do that --oh and my car mats weren't even vacuumed!! In short, they missed all the details of this "detail". read more

I went to club corners in Crabapple for years - then, they tried to make me sign up for their monthly club (which was not a good choice for me); the last time I was there, I was placed behind 5 cars even though I was there first--they were in the monthly club and got in ahead of me That wash took almost an hour. Car Spa always does a good job making my cars look new again. They are pretty efficient and the staff seems well trained at customer service. The intake area can be a little sketchy because they are also trained to seriously upsell services... I stick to a basic mid level interior and exterior service and always decline the glass protection, and any other assorted sundry services. They offer a 48 hour rain or shine rain check which is pretty sweet especially in the winter when cars just get dirtier. My Honda Accord had the heat shield ripped off from underneath. They came and told me it must have been dragging which it was not. I just got new breaks and tires at Honda and the heat shield was fine. Also had staff trying to shampoo my carpets on the side. This place has gone in the gutter. I won't be back! read more

I will not come back here. I have a white SUV. The attendant upsold me on a package that contained wax. When I got my car home and into the light, I can see how much dirt is still present on the car. And if it was waxed (not entirely sure that it was), the dirt is now trapped under the wax. Also, the rear of the car was untouched. Half-baked job done on vacuuming the outer part of the hatch, but the rear area itself was not vacuumed and there are still doggy nose prints on the windows, so obviously it was not touched. I found dust still settled into the arms of the doors. Noticed that the employees were very busy talking to one another and to people who just seemed to stop by. This place used to do a much better job; sorry to see how downhill it has gone. read more

Took my car to have emissions done. Its a 4 year old car with less than 40k miles on it. They broke my gas cap which caused my car to fail. They refused to take any responsibility for my broken gas cap and wouldn't even retest my car unless I paid another $20. The most help I got from management was an offer to call the police when I suggested I would file a suit in small claims court. It cost more for a new gas cap than I had paid for a complete detail and wax on my car so I will never be taking either of our cars back. read more
