Luckily I got there before there were too many people and overall was impressed by the level of cleanliness on the outside of my car! I exited the wash and turned right around to run my car back through to try and get the remainder of the goop and dirt off of my car. The manager and the manager's manager told me there was nothing they could do and refused to make good on what I just purchased. I've never heard of such poor customer service or a refusal to stand behind the quality of your product or service. Go up the street to any of the more reputable and less expensive car wash places on Hwy 9.
