Good mechanics can be hard to find, but great people, they are the gems that remind you that even in your toughest times, there are still great people in this world. Highly recommend, even just to talk about anything that you might think is wrong with your vehicle.

This summer, however, the A/C fan started making a sound like a lawn mower, so I brought it to a competitor thinking it would be cheaper than the dealership. After two days of working on it, they threw up their hands and said that I'd have to take it to Ford. My initial estimate for the fix was $1200!! But Ford had just come out with a bulletin about this problem, so Bob, the Service Manager, used a Ford customer program to waive all but $100 of the cost. I didn't ask for a deal and would have paid the full amount because I need my car! Not only did they fix the problem, but they delivered my car to me next door because I work a 10 hour shift and can't get away. And it was washed to boot! Webber Motors did the right thing by me, and for that I am a customer for life.
