This summer, however, the A/C fan started making a sound like a lawn mower, so I brought it to a competitor thinking it would be cheaper than the dealership. After two days of working on it, they threw up their hands and said that I'd have to take it to Ford. My initial estimate for the fix was $1200!! But Ford had just come out with a bulletin about this problem, so Bob, the Service Manager, used a Ford customer program to waive all but $100 of the cost. I didn't ask for a deal and would have paid the full amount because I need my car! Not only did they fix the problem, but they delivered my car to me next door because I work a 10 hour shift and can't get away. And it was washed to boot! Webber Motors did the right thing by me, and for that I am a customer for life.

I provided my phone # and requested that they contact me when the car was ready. I expected a call prior to noon but when it didn't come, I called them and no one answered. I rode my bike over to their service center and noticed the vehicle had not moved since being delivered the prior evening. I entered the office area and had to wait to address my concerns as the new owner was discussing ordering supplies. When I got my chance to address the owner, I asked about the status of my service and he wasn't able to tell me if the car had been serviced or not. He indicated that he would have to check with the employee who was apparently assigned to my car. I restated the appointment details and indicated my displeasure with their lack of service and indicated that if the service was not already done that I didn't want their service. While he checked on my car, I returned home via my bike and walked back to pickup my car. Upon arrival, I discovered the car had been moved into the garage and they had begun to service it. I stopped their efforts and again expressed my complete dissatisfaction. The new ownership is not very good at communication nor customer service. After five years of supporting this business I will not be returning. Good luck to them and to the customers they attempt to deliver service .

Disappointing - My daughter had decided she wanted to get a new car. She did her research and…read moredecided the Subaru Forster was the car for her so she contacted the local dealer in our area which is R&G Subaru in Detroit Lakes MN. A friend of mine had also recommended them. The dealer did not have any stock of the car my daughter wanted so she put some money down to put a hold on one scheduled to arrive in a couple of weeks. When it came time for pricing negotiation the dealer stated they were not budging on the MSRP as they don't have any issues selling them at that price. My daughter and I decided to she if this was the case at all Subaru dealer and went to the dealership in Moorhead MN. After speaking with the sales person at the Moorhead dealer we decided to look at some numbers, when they brought their first pricing deal they had already reduced the sell price of the vehicle without any negotiations having taken place. My daughter asked if there was anymore room on the selling price and they came down a little more and we moved forward with them on the lease of a new Forester. Afterwards my daughter had contacted R&G about getting her deposit back and they said they would only give her half, disappointing that they would do that since they don't seem to have any issues selling that model to begin with. Disappointing as I would have liked to buy at the local dealer but you can bet we won't be back for any other business with them.

I went just a while ago this year to get a transmission flushed and yet again. They went against my wishes. Within 6 hours of looking at my car they said I had x number of things wrong when IN FACT I only needed a flush. They had called and told me my transmission was bad and I needed a new one and that they couldn't do a flush because there was metal shavings inside from the cv axle that was " put in incorrectly" by my father who is and has been a mechanic for 25+ years. ( there wasn't metal shavings it was dirt, mud, and leaves stuck inside) I wouldn't ever chalk anything up to being sexist but I could tell they just saw a girl who knew little to nothing about vehicles. After this whole ordeal I took it to tri state off 59 and had someone who ACTUALLY knew what they were doing Make it make sense Norsemans, I'm beyond pissed that you guys would care about quantity over quality.

So I came to get a oil change and about a mile before I arrived my motor in my car started knocking and as I pulled up to the oil change place my car shut off. I got it all the way in and explained to them what was going on with it and that I needed a oil change. I told them my motor has a warranty on it through norsmans because they blew up my original one when I brought my car in for a coolant leak beginning of summer. I sat in the waiting room as they looked over my car, changed my oil and filter. They had someone from the other side come over to look at the car. They said I definitely had something going on in my motor. I said ok well are you guys going to give me a lonar car so I have something to drive he said he had to call over to the service manager to see what he wants them to do. I pay for my stuff get my paperwork and they tell me have a good day. He said Cortney the service manager said to send me on my way. I go what do you mean send me on my way? I can't drive my car like that. The motor is knocking and the car shuts off. Also I have my 3 year old daughter with me as this is all going on. I told him I'm not driving the car anywhere and refused to take it . So I walked over to the other building and the kids are driving my car out parked it on the side of the building with my car running as the motors knocking. So I went and shut my car off at this time I am boiling mad! Like how are you going to leave my car running while you can clearly here the motor is wrecked! Why so it can cause more damage? Not to bright! What really made me upset is that Cortney the service manager told them to send me on my way! It's winter I have my 3 year old daughter with me my car isn't working it drives barely but after being stranded on the side of the road because of 2 motors they already put in my car I'm not going to drive it until it's fixed. How do you tell your employees to send a paying costumer on their way in a broken car? Without even trying to fix it? I can't believe how rudely I was treated. Let me remind you that this whole situation was not my fault I never asked for this to happen for them to wreck my original motor because of carelessness. I understand they are sick of my car but believe me I'm just as sick of it as they are but to be treated like that. That's horrible. I use to come here with all my cars definitely is not the same anymore. If I could give a zero I would. I would highly recommend that if you have any kind of engine related issues to take your car somewhere else. Trust me!
