I have an upgraded service that was said to continue for $16 (price given under old ownership after employee dropped brush on my car 2x). I had been getting this fee for months after new owners took over. All of the sudden I am charged $24. The new owners have not honored the promise to keep the same monthly price for previous customers. The car wash was never the best in the area; leaving a lot of soap on my vehicles, opening after people are at work and closing before times posted. They were affordable and the staff was friendly, so I stayed. Now... there is even more soap residue and a higher price. I just got home from "getting my car washed" at this place. Unbelievable. I had been on a road trip recently, traveling sometimes on gravel roads, and so I had a lot of dirt/dust on my car, most of it in the back. My car at this point is about 5% better than it did going in. Hmmm... I had the "basic" wash - does that mean that I don't deserve a fully washed down car on the outside? read more

I recently visited this car wash and was highly disappointed with the experience. I purchased the highest-tier wash package, but it did not appear to include any of the advertised additional services or higher quality compared to a standard wash. The attendant responsible for pre-scrubbing my vehicle performed the task carelessly, leaving several areas inadequately cleaned. Upon returning home--less than a mile away--I noticed that multiple sections of the car were still visibly dirty, as though they had not been washed at all. Given the price I paid, the results were extremely unsatisfactory. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding this location, as there are numerous nearby car washes that offer better quality service at a lower cost. read more

After cancelling my membership here it took them FIVE months to stop charging my credit card. I made multiple trips into the store and the people inside were completely ineffective. One of the reasons for cancelling is that the car wash does not get the front or back end clean, so the person at the entrance uses a long brush to wipe the car as you enter. This brush was sometimes held with the brush end on the ground while the worker was waiting for my car to enter. That didn't seem like a good strategy to me. read more

The staff are always so helpful and nice every time I go, it's usually ladies and they rock. This is the only place that offers to fill your personal spray bottles with glass cleaner and interior cleaners. The free vacuum is the only thing that sometimes has the top part lose or broken on some of the slots. read more

Out of all the Take 5 Carwashes I've been to, this is by far the worst one. The washes are less than..meaning they do not wash the vehicle 100%. Not sure why. But do know that whatever "it" is.. NEEDS fixed. The vacuums are operating on less than 50% suction. When talking with the "staff" (and I use this term loosely..as they are merely clock punchers..they don't care) regarding the problems, their reply is "I don't know"..and walk away. DO NOT GO TO CAR WASH EXPRESS IN LITTLETON As a small business owner, I expect other businesses to maintain the ethical and professional standards I have. In most small businesses I am affiliated with, this is the case, but with others it is most certainly not. Car Wash Express in Littleton (2421 W Belleview Ave, Littleton, CO 80120) is where my Nissan Rogue was damaged 3 weeks after I purchased it. After going through the car wash, I came out with my drivers side mirror knocked in and a large chunk missing out of the top, and the entire bottom plastic cover missing. After having the displeasure of speaking with the regional manager (Cameron) who was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and accusatory, I finally made it to their insurance company (The Hartford) who told me "there isn't conclusive evidence showing this damage happened in the car wash, so it is up to you to prove it DID happen that day." They also refused to release the security footage from inside the carwash to me. So now I am burdened with paying $840 for a new drivers side mirror due to the negligence of this company. This place is so convenient and is fair monthly deal. Everyone in my household has the monthly "Gold". I figured by paying for a monthly deal we needed to go at least five time a month and we do. It forces me to keep my car cleaner. Sometimes it has not done the best job so they have me go back again. I do have to say that the people that work there today at 4:10 on January 15th were awesome. I knew that this car wash was up ahead, so I thought that I would give it a try. I looked up their website first, for pricing. Being unemployed right now, I wanted value. It said to sign up for a coupon. That never arrived. The women checking me in knew nothing about a coupon. So I paid $10 for the worst car wash I have had in a long time. due to the Hwy 50 location being closed for renovation I drove to the Clifton location. I was very pleased, the wash was fabulous and I also found out they supplied a detail station that supplied clean towels and window spray, also car fresheners. I only hope the same for the Hwy 50 location. Well worth the monthly pass amount and will highly recommend to my friends. I recently noticed that the new ownership Take 5 car wash is charging me the monthly rate every day since October 9, 2022. I have attempted to contact them by phone twice and no response. Everyone that works here are always incredibly nice and our daughters love the colors of the wash soap and lights as we go through. Can't beat the free vacuums which make it easy to get our kid-ridden filth out of the car. Not to mention it's very affordable compared to where we used to go. (Lookin' at you Bears.) I've tried a few car wash places to stay clean for ubering and though no place has been perfect, this is by far the best. There really aren't any spots left on the car. There's occasional bird drops that have to be scraped, but overall, the employees are so friendly and helpful, there's no other place that comes close. I love it! read more

I've used this location multiple times and always end up having residue left behind from the soap and dirt that didn't get washed off. They let you go back through if the car wash wasn't up to your standard. But that just takes more time especially if the car wash is busy. Overall it does a decent job even if it's not the best but when you get your car wash you want to have it down right. read more

This is a decent car wash. The people are super nice, it's convenient, well-equipped, and I don't worry about my car being damaged. The reason for 3 stars is because there is always grime still left on my car that the pre-washing (which is done by a human or two with brushes) doesn't remove. So, my car looks mostly better, but not completely. It's good enough that I am a repeat customer, but I'll look somewhere else if I want a more thorough job. read more

my husband paid an extra $3 to get a free car wash for me and it wasn't even worth $3. The brushes just pushed grime around, but didn't remove it, and the wash itself lasts about 30 seconds. we stayed for an additional 30 minutes just wiping down everything that the wash missed. not even counting the time we spent fighting with the vacuums, or the floor mat cleaners that didn't end up doing anything. This is a "put your car in neutral and roll through car wash." They also have "wash it yourself" stalls in the back. You can use the FREE carpet mat cleaners whether you pay for a car wash or not. Pretty snazzy. I definitely recommend coming here for a automatic car wash. It's a bit tricky entering the location driving East on Belleview Ave. So if you don't want to U turn, turn on S Zuni St and go behind OReilly Auto Party's. read more
