My baby badly needed a wash. I was in need of a wash and didn't know where to look..where do I go?hop on Yelp. And your friendly yelpers will share. This was a first time visit so I didn't know any prices or what is included. As I drove up they have a sign that lists the price and services. The two friendly men that worked there were helpful. They didn't even try to upsale. My favorite part was at the end with the monkeys hanging out. If the kids were in the car they would have enjoyed it. At the end they don't wipe it down so have a towel ready. But they do have complimentary vacuums at the end. I pulled right up to an individual stall and help yourself. Zero stars! If you care about curb rash avoid this establishment at all costs !!! I made the mistake of not looking at past reviews- BIG MISTAKE! Not only did the ultimate wash do a terrible job of cleaning my car, that's no big deal. Chalk it up as lesson learned. The big deal is as I entered the car wash, guided by the manager Josh, my front driver rim was damaged by the track. As he directed me into the carwash I felt the track scrape my rim and as I exited the car wash, I immediately brought it to the manager's attention. He apologized, took photos as well as my contact information and informed me he would relay the message to the owner Tom. After four days of not hearing from him, I took the liberty to reach out. The owner Tom was incredibly rude and aggressively denied any wrongdoing. I was calm and polite throughout the whole conversation as this could be an easy fix, I just wanted to work some sort of resolution. Tom refused and barked at me the whole time. When I asked to schedule a meet so he could see my rim in person as well as line up my rim to the track to demonstrate how it may have happened, he refused and said he doesn't have time for such nonsense. He lacks social etiquette, as well as any sort of professionalism. If you search his Google reviews, there are other mentions of rim damage due to the tracks- THIS IS NOT AN ISOLATED CASE. Richies has always kind of been a go-to spot for people in Parker. I definitely recommend getting a membership because you only need to go like 3 times a month to make up the cost. Staff is very friendly as well! I do not recommend The Ultimate wash though, as the tire cleaning and shine isn't great. The Works wash or even the Express is great though! read more

I had a great experience this morning at Richie's. The workers here were extremely kind and efficient. The car wash was quick and easy and then I went to vacuum the interior of my car. I accidently vaccumed a bracelet that meant a lot to me. I was so worried it was gone, but I told one of the workers, Tom, and he was extremely helpful by turning the vacuums off and checking three different locations of where the bracelet could be. Sure enough we found it so I can't thank him enough! I am very satisfied by the customer service I received at this location! read more

I used to love this car wash and went to them often - I even had a punch card. However the last time I went, the Carwash ripped the bug guard off the front of my vehicle. I didn't notice it until I was home and when I went back, was told that yes the car wash had ripped the bug guard off (the parts were still in the Carwash) and that they'd replace it. Eventually a manager came out and said actually they would NOT replace it since it was an after-market item. Mind you, this vehicle is 10 years old and I've never had a problem in any other Carwash with it getting ripped off or damaged. I asked for a refund on the new card I'd just reloaded, which was $48, because I won't be going there again if their wash can cause damage and they won't take responsibility. Got home and ordered a new big guard - it was $50. So for the measly cost of the card I got a refund on, they could have replaced my bug guard AND kept a customer for life. Very poor business practice and financially this decision made zero sense for them. Saving $50 to keep a longtime customer who likely would've been a customer life is both smart and the right thing to do but they failed here. read more

I won't be back I paid for the ultimate car wash. When I parked to pull the baggie off the back I noticed soap dripping from both side mirrors. I told the gentleman who suggested I go through again with a basic wash. I asked if they had a "water only" setting and they said no. 2nd time through I still had soap dripping so that did nothing to help. I ended up going home so I could was the car myself. Overall, I did not encounter any employees at this location but my boyfriend did buy a groupon, $48 for 6 washes. I see now from another yelper that one year ago is was 6 washes for $21. So that does not help my thought process. Richie's is not to far from our house. We usually frequent the Car Wash Express near our house but thought we would give Richie's a shot. My boyfriend purchased the groupon and we both went at the same time. Car wash was fine. a. they do not have a mat cleaner station nor anywhere to put your mats from what I saw b. two vacuums that my bf tried did not work and finally he just gave up and know what vacuums to not go to for next time. everything else was full so he could not move c. my vacuum worked just fine so he used my for some of the time d. I bought a Groupon for 6 express car washes for $21. They were located on S Twenty Mile Rd/off E Lincoln Ave in Parker. They take off your antenna and hand it to you and cover your rear windshield wiper with a plastic bag. Cars roll through an automated, brush-free tunnel. A system of 15 high-velocity fans brings exteriors to a spot-free shine. I like the stuffed animals in the drying area and the mirror as you exit. They also have complimentary self-serve vacuum stations. I will be back. read more

The guys that greet you are super courteous and professional but, this lower rating is because I've been trying to get my car washed for a week now. Seems the wash has been broken, out of water, or closed for whatever reason when I go. It's frustrating when you pay for unlimited washes and can't even get one! The monthly charge on my credit card is never broken! I've tried calling before I go and they don't answer the phone. As much as I like this place (when it's open!)...I'm hoping to find a better place elsewhere! read more

I have been a longtime monthly subscriber to their carwash. I am now cancelling my renewal. For the past year the service and quality of the wash has gotten worse. Today, I ran through twice because the wash didn't even hit a portion of my vehicle, even the second time through my car was still dirty. Now to give a reference, we are talking about normal road dirt, not mud or heavy film, just normal road dirt. I am through with the horrible washes. read more

To the owner: Have a talk with your guys about opening on time. I pay $40 a month and constantly have to wait till 7:05-7:15 because the gents are either rolling in late or just chilling in the office on their cell phones not paying attention to the cars stacking up. Some folks go to work early and having a 7am open time is nice, just need it to actually be 7am. read more

I originally was going to put up a good review, because the boy working let myself and the car behind me get a car wash at 5:50. But as soon as 6:00pm hit, he rolled out like a bat out of hell. Which meant, the vacuums cut off in the middle of me and the car behind me vacuuming out our cars. Then, as me and the people from the other car stood there in confusion, the boy sped out the parking lot looking at both of us and didn't say a thing. If you were going to let us wash our cars, at least wait until we finish or tell us that we won't be able to use the vacuums. I understand that your shift ends at 6 and you want to go home, however, you should have said something. The only reason I got my car washed was to be able to use the high power vacuums. I never put up a negative review on anything, but I was very disappointed. I would have much rather the boy tell me "sorry, I'm closing, but please come back tomorrow." I'll start this off by saying that this in no way is a reflection of the staff, who were very friendly. The wash I received was pathetic. It was a $20 wash and when I got home to look at my car there was still dirt all over the windows, the side, and the tire shine only applied to half of each tire. I'm looking for a good, reasonably-priced car wash for regular washes and tried Richie's because of the discount offer of "The Works" wash for the price of an "Express" basic wash. The attendant asked what service I wanted and I answered "The Works." He took my Groupon coupon print-out and didn't appear to convey my service request to anyone at the wash entry and, as I went through the wash tunnel, no lights ever lit to indicate anything other than a basic wash. I am very disappointed that I didn't get to experience the wash upgrade that I had expected. On the other hand I now know not to order and pay for an upgraded wash at Richie's. read more

I don't usually do bad reviews, but for the sake of saving your money and time, don't go here. I've canceled this, unlimited membership twice. Because it's in the perfect location for me, I gave it another shot. Both times I was let down. The car wash is AWLAYS down for repairs. This last time, for a week. I've seen cars back out of the wash, get stuck on the track and, become stuck in line for over 10 minutes, waiting for answers. Management recently replaced the tracks, and its now more broken than before. Either new management or new ownership needs to happen for this place, because these "bandaids" to these mechanical issues, DO NOT WORK. When I asked about what was going on, the staff specifically said we need new management! They said this happens all the time, and they don't foresee it getting any better. That being said, the poor staff... the staff members (younger generation) are beyond kind and patient, and understanding!! That's a lot to say when you get this many complaining customers. For your wallet and your cars sake, pick another car wash. read more

1 star is the maximum that I can give.i saw the employee try to open my car antenna before the car entering the car wash after finish I get out from the car and I saw the deep scratch near the antenna. I talked to the manager and the manager said take the word of his employee that he's not scratching my car.. This place was busier than a one legged man in a butt kicking contest this past Saturday, but they've got the staff and the speedy auto-washer to handle the volume. They have one long auto-wash machine that has more finishing options than your gas station variety washers does, and at the same $6-$7-$8 price points. They have three self service pressure washer deals and 4 or 5 vacuum bays. I didn't check but it would make sense that they also have an air pressure pump. Good location, reasonable prices and they have a guy onsite who does windshield crack repair in about 15 minutes. read more
