These people you should stay far away from. It takes forever for them to come and and fix any…read moreissues that you may have. If anything needs replacemented it will not be new. It will look as if they found it on the side of the road. The people they hire to come out and fix things are crack heads that they pay very little. Once I moved out I was charged for the maintenance man putting a large hole in the utility closet wall while he replaced the shower facet and didn't paint back over it properly. I was also charged with fixing the garbage disposal that never even needed fixing. Then to top it off, my security deposit refunded was lost in the mail. When they reissued the check they deducted the 25.00 bank's cancellation fees from my check!
