Some people working, some people socializing, but not crowded or loud. It's in the burbs but feels quiet and plenty of parking. Menu- my almond orange latte was truly life-changing. I will be trying to recreate this at home for sure. Not sweet but lots of flavor. The espresso here is excellent, not sour or bitter, very smooth. The blueberry muffin was truly the best muffin I've had in my life, and I do not say this lightly, I am quite picky about muffins. Fluffy and moist, the blueberries were not mushy. And the jalapeno scones was shockingly good and it was even gluten free. It was more similar to a shortbread in texture, which I preferred over a scone actually. Very buttery and tasty, not spicy if you're sensitive to that. It was $17 for these items, so higher than expected, but spot on for unparalleled quality. Friendly service, and very fast. Can't wait to go back, this place is just doing everything right.

Inside seating was a mix of 2-seat high top tables, 4 seat tables, some bench seating with tables and a few comfy upholstered chairs. There is also a really nice outside seating area but it was pouring rain the day I visited so I wasn't able to enjoy that space. On this visit all I had was an Americano but the coffee was really good tasting. The pastry selection was quite sparse at the time of my visit but apparently there are normally more to choose from; muffins, scones, croissant, etc.

I mean, look, I'm not expecting anyone to give me a hug and regale me with their life story, but, at least make some eye contact or pretend to pay attention to me rather than act like I'm interrupting your conversation with the dude at the bar seating. Great spot, great coffee, just don't expect the staff to really acknowledge you until you have spent some time there.
