I just bought a condo in Rancho Cucamonga and didn't learn until I moved in that the…read morecouch I bought wouldn't fit... turns out with the layout of the entry way of the condo all the neighbors has the same issue so it was very frustrating. I picked out another much smaller couch and that still didn't fit. I was beyond frustrated. When i initially moved in I had a small futon that fit so I measured it and it measures 79", so I went back to the drawing board to find a sectional that would split up into pieces that would be around that length. I fell in love with one at Costco...problem was I drive a tiny car and there was no way I could get the sectional up the stairs my self. I was talking to the guy at Costco and they told me Express Courier Services would be able to deliver it and gave me their card! I called and the guy told me he needed about 24 hr notice and gave me a quote. The couch plus the delivery fee they quoted me would be about the same as what I was originally paying for at the furniture stores so I went with it. Communication could have been better, they didn't really confirm or text me back after I gave them my address. It was also a little weird to pay so much for an item and walk out of the store with out it, hoping these people would show up and pick it up... Javier did end up calling me to confirm and gave me a two hour window. They showed up at the exact end of the window... But their professionalism while here made up for everything! They still initially had some trouble getting through the door, but unlike the other delivery guys, Javier immediately said "Don't worry we'll make this work" which was assuring. Javier and his assistant tried at least 4-5 different ways to get the couch in and it finally worked!! I honestly felt like maybe my second couch would have fit if the guys had been more persistent. Well everything happens for a reason and I love my new couch, and very happy with Express Courier Solutions!
