My girlfriend and I came here because of a recommendation. It's a small dining room but the atmosphere is very inviting and social. It almost feels like this restaurant would be better suited for a downtown Toronto location. We waited about 20 minutes after ordering which to be honest was fine with me because we had 2 mango lassies to drink and we had time to converse while we waited for our food. The staff felt bad for our "long" wait so they gave us free tiger shrimp for our troubles. The shrimp was fantastic and I wasn't expecting it. The awareness shown by the staff and chefs is excellent to see and can be a trademark for a professional restaurant. I was impressed with Caraway Grill the first 30 minutes. We got our food soon after we got the free appetizer, basmati rice to share, butter chicken and my girlfriend ordered the lamb curry. The food was outstanding. It was a taste that I have tried to recreate multiple times inside of my own kitchen to no avail. The price for the drinks, and the rest of the order was a very reasonable price. It was exactly as I expected and was justified by the food and service. I've eaten at around 100+ restaurants in the city and I'm proud to say Caraway grill is in my top 5 in the entire city. Thank you Caraway Grill. This is my favourite Indian restaurant by far in any city that I have ever been- amazing! I am certainly not an expert in Indian cuisine, but have trained as a chef and know the flavour of a quality sauce that has been given a lot of time and love. The dishes here show that time has been taken to develop FLAVOUR. Indian co-workers that I have spoken to bring it up spontaneously in conversation and they don't even live in Regina! Both servers are excellent-disregard any review that says otherwise. The Chicken masala, one of my favourites, has a more tomato-based flavour profile than many Indian restaurants, many seem more dairy based. I also love the Shahi Paneer and the Malai Kofta-both are decadent. The rice and naan are very good and reasonably priced. The Mango and the Salty (buttermik) Lassi's are great and slightly different from many other restaurants. They take the time to do it right and if you do it right, the people will come. Caraway Grill is one of my all-time favorite restaurants. Their food is some of the best I have ever tasted, and the service makes you feel right at home. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who would be wanting to go for a great dine-in experience. Amazing food, make sure if you're heat sensitive to ask for the mild option in spice. Awesome vegetarian options! Always packed full of flavour and super fresh tasting. I've only had their take-outs but it's been a great experience each time! I usually try their butter chicken, samosas, garlic naan and saffron rice; I recommend all! My friend told me we were going to a great restaurant. First of all, it was across from the casino (trashy), then the parking was a mud lot (this was in the spring), then the wait line to get a table was like 30 minutes. Once we got our food, you have no idea, ALL WORTH IT!! read more

Great food and a place I try to visit every time I come to Regina. We enjoyed the Chicken Vindaloo and Lamb Masala. For an appetizer we had Chicken Tikka with poppadoms(even though they are not on the menu). All washed down with Taj Mahal beer! read more

This place is the bomb. Prices are high for the amount of food you get, however.
