The following day i received a phone call from Dr Angela Reyes that wanted to go over my lab results, i told her that Johanna already review the results telling me that everything was great...Dr Angela informed me that no, my results are actually abnormal and i need to schedule another procedure to do a biopsy......Days later still without results that i could read my self because dear Johanna never send me any email, i went to the office my self, she sweared she did, she apologized telling me that she ' read me the wrong results from some other patients' No shit Johanna really? My results weren't normal, i had an urgency in the understand what was happening and you didn't care about it, gave me wrong informations and then took almost another week to let me finally have this results, you have a portal where you can upload this results and you don't do that , i asked you to send me an email and you didn't, you wasted almost 2 weeks of my life, you are absolutely incompetent, and you should not be carrying a big responsibility like someone else well being . Staff states to potential patient that they are unable to perform an evaluation for legal proceedings. Its unclear what legal proceedings staff believed evaluation would be performed for. Patient is delusional, thats why the evaluation was requested. I contact ICPS for further clarification and staff would not accept the fact that the potential patients belief that the evaluation would be performed for legal proceedings was a symptom and reason for the evaluation. Staff knowingly contributing to a potential patients ill mental health by confirming a potential patients delusion. Absolutely horrible services & care for patients mental health. Potential patient is delusional, seeks help, psychiatrist staff further delusional belief & hinder ability to get treatment. When I mentioned that I wasn't sure when I wanted to vaccinate my 20-month-old daughter with the MMR and varicella (chicken pox) shots or when I wanted to do so, Dr. Ortiz became confrontational, very rude, and dismissive (in front of my child), and told me that she wouldn't continue treating my child. I'm not anti-vaccine, but I believe in having open and informed conversations with my pediatrician. Dr. Ortiz didn't care to address any of my questions or concerns, or to educate me. Dr. Ortiz's behavior was unacceptable, unprofessional and I felt disrespected and unnecessarily pressured. I've decided to take my daughter elsewhere, and I advise other parents who value a collaborative and supportive approach to vaccination to do the same.
