So it's a bump and now is painful to put any jewelry in. My tongue ring jewelry falls out when I speak, eat, etc. the bar is super long and not easy to manage. He made sure I knew the pros and cons to white ink and a tattoo the size I got it. He made sure he showed me that he was changing out needles and other product. It's definitely a tattoo parlor/ piercing place. You feel that vibe before you even walk in. A hole in the wall for sure, but you'll receive great service. I had a great experience with service both with the actual tattoo and paperwork. The minimum here is $40 which was impressive to me as I've payed $50 for an even smaller tattoo. Empire will definitely hook you up. They know what they're talking about and what they're doing.
