I had an awful experience with Cardinal Cleaning and would not recommend them to anyone. Initially, communication seemed clear, but things quickly took a turn for the worse. I was quoted one price for the deposit over the phone, but when I was charged, the amount was different. When I addressed this with Rose, she claimed she had stopped eating sugar and had been off, which led to her giving me the wrong price. I decided to move forward with the cleaning anyway, but I regret that decision. This was a move-in cleaning, and while the house wasn't extremely dirty, I was very specific about needing a thorough cleaning--especially for the kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, blinds, cabinets (inside and out), and floors. However, when I returned because I was told the cleaner was finishing up and ready for the walk through, I immediately noticed that the baseboards hadn't been cleaned, the outside of the cabinets was still dirty, and the blinds and bathrooms weren't properly detailed. The cleaner, Mackenzie, explained that they only dry wipe the inside of the cabinets, dust the baseboards (not wipe them), and that not all baseboards could be cleaned because they were wooden.. but all of my baseboard's are the same throughout the house. She also mentioned that they don't use chemicals or wet wipes. She apologized for the miscommunication from the office, but frankly, who cleans the inside of cabinets and ignores the outside? And who only dry cleans everything? Upon seeing what had been missed and hearing about their cleaning methods--using a dry cloth and minimal water--I immediately stopped the cleaner from finishing and called Rose. It was a complete waste of both my time and money. When I called Rose to express my dissatisfaction, she was rude, talked over me, and was incredibly unprofessional. She never apologized, offered a discount, or suggested sending someone else to redo the cleaning. Instead, she said the cleaner could stay, but the clock would still be running, and I'd be charged for the additional time. This made it clear that they don't care about their customers or the service they provide. After the cleaner left, I walked through the house and saw that very little had been done. The floors weren't mopped, dust and cobwebs were still visible in places, the shower wasn't cleaned, and even the backs of the toilets were ignored. This was a terrible experience, and I will never use Cardinal Cleaning again. They don't provide proper cleaning, and I wouldn't trust them to do the job correctly. If I could give zero stars, I would. I don't understand how they have the reviews they do when they dry wipe everything--it's just disgusting. They completely ruined my move-in experience. What was supposed to make my move easier ended up adding more time to my day, as I had to stop and clean the house myself. read more

Cardinal Cleaning is absolutely wonderful! They really care about cleaning your house perfectly EVERY TIME. I found the tiniest thing once and Rose offered to have someone come back out and make it right! They go over and above also. When I first signed up with Cardinal Cleaning I was pregnant with my first child. Our soon to be nursery, office and bonus room were on a rotation. Once we had our baby, I asked Rose to clean the nursery every time and she told me they already were! For no extra charge! I honestly cannot say enough about how awesome this company is! read more

What an wonderful company! I found them through Cleaning For A Reason - a foundation that provides free cleanings to women fighting cancer. As a 27 year old breast cancer patient, and mother to a toddler, I had been struggling to keep up with housework. It was so stressful seeing my home and daily life fall out of control. After receiving my first cleaning session, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning! Every room in my house was like a present! I think that night was the most relaxed and peaceful evening I'd had in months. The attention to detail was excellent. There were no overpowering chemical smells, just a natural clean scent. The owners were personable and friendly as were the technicians. I can't say thank you enough! read more

I am beyond happy with the work done by the Cardinal Cleaning team on our home. I have two small children with severe allergies and needed help getting all the dust taken care of, so I arranged via email to have an initial deep clean (approx 4 hours) done and then a monthly cleaning thereafter. Rose was quick to respond to my estimate inquiry and when they came to my home, they were very detailed in their notes on the things I needed done, and what I didn't need done. The attention to detail far exceeded our expectations!! The kitchen cabinets look brand new! The floors are so clean I don't feel bad letting my little one crawl all over. But overall it was the little things; the bottle warmer, toaster, and even a cookie sheet I had left out were all cleaned. I didn't expect that. And my favorite find was that my son's high chair was cleaned! I don't know how you guys got all that dried food off. My husband and I have seriously soaked and scrubbed, but I swore it was just cemented on for good. Now it looks brand new. All the ceiling fans, window blinds, and baseboards were wiped down and dusted - every thing looks new. I would highly recommend Cardinal Cleaning! Worth every penny! read more

Cardinal Cleaning keeps sending me excellent cleaning technicians. Today Emily came for the first time to clean my home. She didn't waste any time cleaning quickly and efficiently. She has a sunny and friendly disposition and a sense of humor. I found out that notes are kept on file about basic instructions and information specific to my 'cleaning profile' so to speak. I find that so forward thinking and time saving because now I no longer have to take technicians on a tour and go over the same information about any quirks in my home to look out for when different cleaning techs are scheduled. I've been using Cardinal Cleaning for about a year now, and have only great things to say about the company and the technicians who have cleaned my home. I get follow-up calls to make sure things went well and that there were no issues. I only have someone come once a month, and there is a reminder email a week ahead of time. They are very willing to make adjustments to the schedule if I need to - professional, service oriented management, but most of all, friendly, competent, and detailed technicians who leave my home sparkling! First I want to say was a bit surprised that I was able to get a service person out the same day. So this cute short lady comes in with a bubbling smile and introduced herself as Nichole! Explained to her what was needed and she quickly got started. When I came back into the office to space I was taken back by the sparkles on the wall display mirrors and the windows.
