Not to objectify her beyond the obvious, Dr Farough is an actual "10", who is a credit to America and makes the world a better place for all!

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. They quickly took my insurance info and identification while I began filling out the new patient paperwork. I loved that while thorough, the new patient paperwork wasn't like a book. I was able to complete if before being called to the back (which was rather quickly). Dr. Reid and the PA that took my vitals were both very courteous, professional, and timely yet thorough. Dr. Reid took her time to get to know me as a patient and paid close attention to my family history. After taking her time to complete my physical, she sent me to the lab for blood work, and they were just as efficient. I really liked this office and will be making Dr. Reid my new primary care physician.

My experience started off well with the front desk staff, but I didn't love my doctor. The nurse…read morewas great, but when reviewing my medical history, had never heard of my main issues before, which I didn't love. She did jot down a note for herself, to google it later though. I went in for general anxiety and a physical, and I even explained what was making me anxious, how long I had been having these symptoms, and my doctor offered nothing but to tell me that I'm overweight and exercise can help anxious feelings. Then she gave me the number to a psychiatrist that has a very long wait list to be seen by new patients, which I'm pretty sure she googled for it, and told me I should go on anti depressants. She looked like a very new doctor, but even so, google is not the answer to everything, if I'm advised not to google and self diagnose my symptoms, then I'd like a doctor and/or nurse who can make the educated diagnosis and suggestion of treatment. I'm sure I'll go back, but most likely request a more experienced doctor. -the Dr i saw was dr solivein

The main Doc is MEGA rude. "The hehehe medication hehehe doesn't work....." It's freakish. It's like he's trying to laugh and talk at the same time. Then I go in with a upset stomach one day and he gives me free samples WHILE LAUGHING asking if I'm going to give it to some girl I don't know, or remember at the time. I got angry at him because he was jumping to conclusions when I had a legit aliment. A few days, without taking his freebies, my stomach felt better and I threw them away. I don't care if they're free, be a jerk about it and it's gone. I don't have the money right now to switch physicians and he'd probably just besmirch my name when I transfer anyway. So, hey, I'm trapped. I mean for crying out loud when I got myself test for HIV-AIDs he said something along the lines of "You have a abnormally low [x-cell] count for someone who has AIDs." I replied how would you know if I have AIDs. He said something like the police told him. Well news flash bub, if you have scientific evidence in front of you that says someone doesn't have AIDs and some police officer says they do, then it's obvious the officer is LYING to you. Then this one took me a while to remember. One nurse there doesn't give straight answers. I got tested for AIDs and was really nerves about it. So I go in there and ask for the results. I'm so frazzled that I can't really see straight. So I asked the nurse to explain the results to me. She said "If you're [x-cell] count is between here [she points to the paper] and here [she points to a spot above the previous location on the paper] then you have AIDs." At this point she wasn't helping. I just needed a straight answer. So I asked her is it YES or NO. SHE REPEATS THE SAME FREAKING THING. Get a clue woman.
