We have built a home worth over a million dollars and your company has ruined the basement floors. Every time I go in the basement, I get furious. Kitchen area, living room area, pool table area, bedroom, bathroom, exercise room, and laundry room floors are horrible!!!! I wish I could attach pictures to show how you sealed over dirt!! Yes, it was new construction and needed to be cleaned a lot. The floor is also full of bubbles. From the very beginning, you were to do three sample colors. We never got to choose. By the time we were called to select, you had already done a room. The builder called you to redo the job. Your second effort was no better. I would not recommend your company to my worst enemy. We are going to have to find another company to fix your mess. It will be a huge expense because not only will the floors have to be sanded but he furniture has to be taken out and stored so the work can be redone. I plan on telling everyone I know what a mess you created and walked off and left.

We texted after speaking and he told me he would get back with me in 2 hours to let me know if he would come out that day or the next. Of course, he never texted me back. That night I texted him and his excuse was that the job he was on didn't have any cell service. The remaining texts never made any sense at all...as if he was talking to different people. Then today, he texted me to see if he could come out at 5 to see the job. I agreed. By 5:30, he had not arrived, so I texted him not to bother. His response is that he is on a job quite a ways from me and he needed to finish it first...and he had not even had time for lunch. THAT is the definition of UNPROFESSIONAL. He didn't even care enough to contact me and say he wasn't coming. I would never trust him to do a job at my home. Then he has the nerve to say "God Bless". What a hypocrite.
