So we just told them not to bother because the lead couldn't even see the screws. We thought we would save money but did not. Thankfully they refunded the value of a bulb they broke which they blamed us for. It was a chandelier and they expected us to "make the place safe". What do they expect for us to remove it? They claimed paying in person with cash was always agreed upon, which it was clearly not, in a particularly RUDE and CONDESCENDING fashion. I explained to them I had already put down deposit on this piece of equipment, and even offered to pay them more money, but they refused-- once again in rude and condescending fashion.
