They sent some incompetent driver to my home to tow my car, he arrived at 923am-had no clue how to tow a car! Ripped the side of my bumper off, had to call another driver to help him get the car on the truck (his name is Timothy). Then to add insult to injury, when he finally got my car to the Shop, he was aggressively shaking my car on the flat bed-so much that the mechanic came out and stopped him. Then my husband said if you damage my car, I'm going to sue you. Apparently he perceived this at a threat, called the owner of the shop and the police-because my husband threatened him. He refused to take my car off the flat bed, and blocked the business for over 30 minutes with his childish banter! After 2 hours and 20 minutes, my car finally made it to the Repair Shop.
