This Business Deserves Five Golden Stars!!!…read more Exactly two weeks ago, I used Yelp to find roadside assistance for a vehicle lockout, and I'm so glad I found R & R Roadside Assistance! I had the keys to my car but had accidentally locked a steering wheel safety device on it while parked on a side street near my job, deep in St. Louis City. Brandon from R & R immediately responded to my request via Yelp and text, giving me a quick quote and reassuring me that he could help. He arrived in under 40 minutes and solved my problem with ease! He even recommended I find a towel or sheet to catch any debris from the job, which showed how thoughtful and thorough he was. Fast forward to today: I get word that a neighbor locked her keys, phone, and pet inside her car. I didn't hesitate and reached out to Brandon again. Though I wasn't the point person on the ground this time, I let him know someone else would contact him with the details, and Brandon made it clear he was on his way to St. Louis County. True to form, he arrived in under 40 minutes and saved the day once again! What really stands out about Brandon is not just his skill, but his personality. He's funny, friendly, and extremely careful and respectful of the vehicles he works on. R & R Roadside Assistance has impressed us at every turn, providing nothing short of white glove service. I highly recommend R & R Roadside Assistance and Brandon to the entire Yelp Community!

I needed the vehicle towed from my home to the collision repair location, and A-One sent Chris M., an efficient, knowledgeable, and cheerful guy who was all about getting the car on its way, but also remaining present and personable while doing so. Although he expertly completed the task in mere minutes, I enjoyed the brief chat that accompanied his professional and expeditious approach to the work. Truly, it continues to be A-One service!

A one towing is a hit or miss company, you may get a couple of potheads, or you just may get a decent driver. I had one of my vehicles towed by A1 this weekend. The two drivers showed up early which was nice, though when they went to load my car my delight quickly changed to mortification. The car is obviously low to the ground, being in the auto indistry for years, everyone knows you are supposed to put wooden blocks under the tires. this was not done. if I had my mufflers on they would have ripped off my entire rear exhaust. I called AAA to file a damage claim and A1 sent over the most condescending agent they had, I believe his name was Kevin. Apparantly since cosmetic damage was done near an exhaust hole, on the exterior of the car, that means his professionals would NEVER forget to use wooden blocks and drag a car by the undercarriag. with multiple photos showing FRESH damage to the bumper, Kevin hangup the phone on me initially when trying to explain my case. said to just take it up woth AAA. If you don't have to deal with A1, don't. unless you have like a cheap Corolla or a Honda, they don't seem to care about their customers vehicles after their drivers obviously make mistakes. beware

I reached out to D & L Towing Services to perform the services of my vehicle being towed. D & L Towing Services picked up my vehicle on Saturday, January 12th from my house and dropped it off at the dealership. On Monday morning, January 14th the dealership's mechanic pulled the car out, which was parked directly against a large snow pile on the parking lot that was plowed from the several inches of snow that fell on Friday night. When the mechanic pulled the vehicle out of the parking spot, the front bumper was torn off due to the impact of the vehicle being removed from the tow truck and slammed into the snow plow. Attached are the pictures of the vehicle leaving my house in good/fair condition with the bumper perfectly intact, as well as the pictures of the bumper torn off at the dealership after being handled by D & L Towing Services. In initial conversations with D & L Towing Services Manager, Chris Hollenberg; he took accountability for the damage done and verbally indicated that they would get the vehicle fixed and was taking ownership of addressing the damage his driver did to my vehicle. Chris Hollenberg asked me to get a quote to access the damage. After I received a quote from the body shop, I shared the quote with Chris Hollenberg and he felt it was too high, which is where the conversations between us began to turn. Chris Hollenberg asked that I bring the vehicle to D & L Towing Services' shop (45 minutes away) as he felt one of their mechanics could fix it, which I did on Tuesday, January 15th after having the shift shaft repaired. The mechanic at D & L Towing Services reviewed the damage with me and stated that a body shop would need to handle the damage, and he would speak to Chris Hollenberg when he got back into the office on how he wanted to handle the situation. Chris Hollenberg spoke to his team and stated there was no damage underneath the bumper as a result of scraping the parking lot ground when unloading the vehicle and that there was no way the damage was caused by his team, but the damage was done when the driver at D & L Towing Services unloaded the vehicle right into the large snow plow. Chris Hollenberg reached out to me on Wednesday, January 23rd claiming that the damage to the vehicle was not due to their driver, and stated they would not fix the bumper as he previously committed to doing. In an attempt to reach out to D & L Towing Services' owner, there was no follow up. In several attempts in reaching out to Chris Hollenberg after his decision, there was no follow up. In summary, I would never recommend D & L Towing Services to anybody. D & L Towing Services lacks customer service and does not take accountability on a problem that was created by their employees. Good luck to anyone that decides to have D & L Towing Services tow your vehicle, because if there is one issue from the time they pick up your vehicle to the time they drop it off, the issue becomes your problem.

Communication is terrible. I was told on at least 15 different occasions that someone would call me back, and I only received one callback--and that's because I kept calling them repeatedly. The biggest issue was the diagnosis. It took them about three and a half weeks just to diagnose the bike. Their Kawasaki technicians couldn't figure out the problem, even though I told them from the beginning that it was likely a welded gear caused by overheating, which is a known issue on Ninja 650s. Instead, they diagnosed it as a clutch plate issue and ordered parts for that repair. After waiting over a month and a half for the repair, they put everything back together and the bike had the exact same problem. The original diagnosis was wrong, and the bike had to be torn back down to address the actual issue. Adding to the delays, after the parts for the first repair had already been delivered to the dealership, I was informed that they had been misplaced in the parts department. From what I was told, a newer employee accidentally misplaced them. I understand that mistakes happen, but it still resulted in additional delays to a process that was already taking far too long at that point. What frustrated me even more was that after the correct parts arrived and my bike was waiting to be reassembled, I was told the technician had started working on a different project and would not be able to get back to my bike until the following week. After my bike had already been sitting there for nearly two months, I found it hard to understand why a newly arrived project was being worked on before a customer who had already been waiting that long. Even after the second repair was completed, I still wasn't contacted. I had to call them myself to get an update. During that call, I was told the bike was back together and only needed a test ride before pickup. I was then told it should be ready sometime that week. Overall, the communication, diagnosis, turnaround time, and customer service were extremely disappointing. I spent weeks waiting for callbacks that never came, dealt with a misdiagnosis that could have been avoided, experienced delays caused by misplaced parts, and repeatedly had to call for updates myself. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Jim Trenary Motorsports.
