Ashley Butts Wilkers will take personal phone calls while in the room with a patient and they will refuse to see you even if you're only 16 minutes late even after you have called and talked to someone and the nurse on the phone said it was okay. I've never been to a place where i felt that they bully and judged someone as much as i feel it here. I've gave them multiple chances to make it right but years after trying to make this place work i will definitely go somewhere else. Just horrible and disgusting may karma give them what they deserve.

They ladies doing your paper work act like their lives are hell, no smiles. I filled out a request for copies of the results just to get called two days later to have to fill it out again via online, just to get called the next day and have to repeat the information for the third time to a lady because she could get the information correct.

We scheduled our appointment at the beginning of the day, we got there a little early (Sneak-A-Peek wasn't open yet) so killed some time at Krispy Kreme. The (owner?) was very helpful in telling my wife that sugar is heavy and would put the baby to sleep, instead of getting him moving like we wanted. The waiting room was very nice and had an area for our other boys to play. The room you go to do the ultrasound was extremely nice, like a cross between a living room and a bedroom. The boys and I could sit on a couch and watch a big screen while my wife could watch from the TV above her. All in all this was probably the best ultrasound we've ever had, and well worth the money!

The owner was extremely welcoming and attentive to her customers, not once did I feel uncomfortable or even have the chance to feel nervous. The waiting room is clean and inviting, so the wait wasn't unbearable. When you go into the exam room they are friendly and outgoing but still remain professional, the perfect balance. The room was very nice, clean and yet very homey. My baby (boy) turned out to be a little jumpy but not once did my tech get frustrated or show any emotion other that elation for this being our first baby, she conversated while we found positions and then thoroughly explained what exactly I was seeing, on a very large screen might I add, and also was able to get my very shy husband talking, he was so excited when she gave him the news he would be having a boy. Overall a perfect experience, and a wonderful memory of where I found out what my little guy was going to be. I absolutely recommend Sneak-A-Peek, and cant wait to return at 26 weeks for another go of it.

I was told when I was going into surgery that I was having a bunion, took off the side of my foot but that's not what happened. He cut the toe off and put in two screws and been infected ever since. I've had to have another surgery and still gotta have another surgery. NOT BY HIM.My foot swells three times the size of normal and all due to this person please think twice. And when I asked for a copy of my paperwork, my file could not be found. It's totally disappeared and returned a week later .My first yelp was took down. I do not know the other doctors at this business because at the time I had my surgery he was the only one.

I had to come here today for a biometric screening for health insurance purposes. Turns out, it WAS in the system and she apologized for overlooking it. The visit consisted of height and weight check, stomach measurement (why though??) and she drew blood. That was it. Were it not for her overlooking me in the system, the appointment would've been less than 7 minutes total, walk in to walk out. She was very nice though, and apologized again for the mixup as we were leaving.

When I attempted to contact their office to express my concerns the line rings 3 or 4 times and someone picks up and then hangs up. Review is geared more toward the billing staff and not the medical professionals.
