I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I'm talking off a star because they don't accept walk ins. Overall if you're looking for a new doctor check out Marina Cutarelli. You won't be let down.

First, their front desk staff are rude and overzealous. If you are ill, you can be expected to wait 2 months for the next available appointment or go to an urgent care, when your physician might have squeezed you in. The scheduling only seems to allow for well-patient visits. This may be because UH requires that each visit last only for 15 minutes, putting pressure on physicians to be caring, accurate, and able to diagnose and treat every single thing in 15 minutes. This is not the fault of the practitioners, but rather the system. And is reflected in UH's low abysmal ratings. But really, the front desk staff is reliably awful at this location.

I was in true panic and called his office where I was assisted by his amazing staff. Megan provided me with a solution to my chaos and honestly, may have saved my life that day. I decided to keep seeing Dr Bindra for regular treatment and I am so glad that I did. He and his staff take excellent care of me, make booking appointments easy, and I never have to wait when I visit his office. He is very kind and calm and answers all of my questions thoroughly. The recording sez "You're number one in the que," (yeah right) then why do I get to listen to their broken MOH for a half hour. If I were "number two," I'd prolly get faster service by writing a letter. All they say when I ask, is we're very busy." I guess the idea of actually hiring some phone people is totally foreign to them. Again, great doctors, but everything else there sucks sox. This fine woman has been a life save for me. She is very easy to speak with, listens to what I say and understands what I'm saying. She has great beside manners, offers great advice and is a joy to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this fine Doctor for any of your tic disorders and many other issues concerning Neurology. Dr. Smith and her staff are very professional and also treat you like family. I have been a patient at Associates in Neurology for a few years now and I would not consider going anywhere else. I used to see Dr. Joshua Sunshine at this same location for a few years, and he too was a good man and a fine doctor before he retired. The office told me they would send a copy to my cardiologist but this was not done. After a follow up phone call to ask please send again this was not done. There is no link to send a message online to the office so I need to leave a phone message. I am concerned because this office has a low rating.

I've been a patient for a while now, with that being said I arrived home last night from the west coast to find a very offensive letter in the mail waiting for me. This letter is telling me that I've missed multiple and multiple appointments, and that if I don't want to really be there I don't have to so they will stop seeing me! I must say I'm glad that this dentist is showing his true colors! The fact that letter was not entirely true but also the maturity of it was ridiculous! Technically the entire time I have been with this dentist I have missed two appointments one being I was on the international trip, the second was at the end of last month. I had an appointment for a cleaning and I was eight minutes behind schedule because of traffic on SomCenter Road when I arrived I can feel the attitude from one receptionist in particular they took me back did x-rays but did not do the cleaning because and I quote I was eight minutes late and they only have 45 minutes with me so I said no problem I will be back the following week to get my cleaning done and I also had a small cavity. Well I have just received horrible news that there was a death in my immediate family I took off did not think about canceling this appointment because as any normal human being that would be the last thing on their mind! So again I find it very rude and offensive to have such a nasty derogatory letter in my now waiting for my arrival after a week and a half of hell that I have been through. And by the way I have even paid for my services before I left the office building to take care of the cavity and it will not be fixed by this dentist as he made it clear he does not want me as a patient which is totally fine! Again he comes off as a great doctor to begin with but just make sure nothing happens in your life that you can't control and be sure no matter what to give them a call even if it's a life changing experience happening in your life you must call them or you will get a nasty letter and they will turn on you like you were just the person from the streets. All of you at that practice should be ashamed of yourself! And look how he tries to blast me out for speaking the truth! BTW DR. Stern you don't have my permission to talk about details out certain visits! HIPPA Buddy! You can say what You wish but don't you EVER talk about my visits! You're clearly one liar!
