Once on the third floor, I was seen by a nurse or lab tech. within 3 minutes. She took my blood sample through my left arm and that was it. I was out of there very quickly. I spent under 8 minutes in the building. My results were released within 2 hours in the "My Chart by Epic" app that Cleveland Clinic uses and everything came out normal. No complaints. I recommend the Lakewood Family Health Center of Cleveland Clinc for all your blood work or general doctor visits need. The most organized and synchronized facility I've ever experienced. When not feeling well I find Urgent Care and Emergency Rooms are such nightmares they only make matters worse... the best thing is never needing one , but if in the Cleveland area in need of urgent care this is the one to be in.. I've been in several ERs run by Cleveland Clinic I would not be able to give a good review . This is specifically about the Lakewood location which be the standard , not the exception.

Anyway, this was not the case here, to my surprise I was treated amazingly. I ended up having to be admitted. There were no hospitals available to take me and I had to stay there overnight (they are a free standing ER only) they worked very hard to get me a bed and the next afternoon I was transferred to south pointe. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and nurses here. Thank you for being so kind
