Finding an associate that wasn't on the registers was nearly impossible, and when I did spot one, they seemed to scatter when they felt I was going to approach with a question. On both trips, I ultimately just looked, didn't find and left. And oddly on my way out, both cashiers who were not assisting other customers didn't even interact. The store is kept in good condition and is clean on each visit. Always stocked well and easy to navigate. Overall, not the best Dick's experiences.

Comenity Bank has requested that I submit my payment receipt for verification, even though this situation was not due to an error on my part. Unfortunately, I have been unable to send the requested documentation because the Comenity Bank website is not allowing me to submit a message; I have attempted multiple times, but the system appears to be malfunctioning. This situation has caused significant inconvenience. Although I made my payment on time, I am now being charged late fees and additional penalties. I will be canceling my credit card account.
