The building was easy to find and there was ample parking available in the lot so no issues on that front. I arrived early and was greeted by a friendly guy named Gilbert who was very accommodating throughout the whole process. The class itself was straightforward with Gilbert encouraging an interactive atmosphere while also answering any questions that he received to clarify anything. Since I had not done my BLS certification in a few years, I wasn't the fastest student he probably ever dealt with when it came to demonstrating skills but he was patient and gave me valuable pointers. Overall, I enjoyed taking my BLS certification class here and would consider coming here again for any other certifications I may need down the road.

Cassandra and Bethany are the sweetest people who are always just so understanding and attentive to all your child's needs, strengths and accomplishments. They notice even the smallest gains and achievements and work to put together a plan that will work best specifically for your child. Although we haven't been able to access the inside of the location much at all since the pandemic started (only to ensure the most sanitary conditions for all the kids at the center), we know the center itself is super clean and well taken care of inside. Ms.Maura is an amazing teacher/director for the day program and is super knowledgeable on what works best for the kids here. She has extensive experience working with children on the spectrum and with any social/developmental delays and is such a sweetheart. She always comes up with the cutest projects and themes for the kids to focus on every week and tracks their progress thoroughly. She gets to know each of the kids individually and is a wonderful asset to this place. I have consistently recommended this place to people and will continue to do so, as this has been such a blessing for our family to have come across. With Aliza, I was able to find someone who I felt comfortable talking to and working with. She was patient and responsive to my emails. She was also detailed in her explanations. After Aliza, I no longer feared breastfeeding because of the pain. Both my milk supply and the latch has improved. Breastfeeding is no longer something that I hate and fear. Instead I cherish the bonding time that I have with my little one. Because of Covid, we did a video conference instead of an in-house visit. I thought it would be inconvenient and hard to explain things but it actually turned out ok.

She is willing to go above and beyond to help with questions and has helped my family with everything from eating to sleeping to advice about when to get my baby on a schedule. From the start, I had trouble with breastfeeding and Mala helped me right away. She gave me breastfeeding and pumping tips that I didn't even get from a lactation consultant. It really made a difference and gave me hope that things would get better with her advice. She also periodically checked it to monitor my progress, and as a new mother it was very reassuring and helpful to discuss my problems and concerns with her. My son was sleeping all day and not at night. Mala gave me advice about how to teach him the difference between the two and even provided me materials that would help him. She even made the extra effort to bring me the items since I couldn't leave the house with the baby. Mala is very knowledgeable about baby products on the market, especially organic products and their importance. She gave us helpful hints (such as using coconut oil to help soothe my baby) and great advice about different brands and which would be best for my baby.
