Medicine Hat isn't a huge city and I found a real small town vibe while riding in the Deluxe Central Taxi. Lloyd was like an ambassador for the city and we chatted a bit about the city and getting around in it. That made the brief ride go even more quickly. I highly recommend this company!

I was patiently waiting for a street parking spot on the middle lane when the parked car driver was leaving. During the max 20 seconds wait, the Traxx driver honked me multiple times (over 10 times) and flashed at me using the his high beams. While he had more than enough room and time to pull out of the lane to the left and move on, he decided to tailgate my car when I wanted to parallel park after the parked car left. Originally, I thought he was just accidentally followed my car since he braked pretty hard when I stopped for the parallel park, so I moved forward and ensured that he had, once again, enough room to pull over to the left lane. What shocked me was that he didn't pull to the left, but instead, he tailgated my car again and flashed at me multiple times. He almost rammed my car! I got out of my car and tried to talk to him, but he refused. I could also see that the passengers in the car tried to talk to him as well, but he refused to do so and took his phone out to make phone calls (he was still on the road when he was talking on the phone, which is actually illegal in BC). A lot of witnesses saw the incident and everyone was shocked that a professional driver that Traxx Coachlines trained have such driving behaviour. This shows a lot how Traxx trains their drivers and I warn everyone who is thinking about using their service - THINK TWICE! You have been warned! He fell asleep because the bus smelled like urine, because they never emptied the bus's contents, the Air Conditioning was broken and people were throwing up due to heat exhaustion and then we crashed. In the end Traxx insulted me by barely offering me anything in settlement. Don't risk your life, don't use this piece of garbage company. They should be out of business for their extreme negligence almost killing me and 50 other people.

I always take the Calgary Airport to Medicine Hat, only once was I almost late for work but hey mishaps happen. It didn't even matter because I wasn't late. The drivers are and always try their best to be kind and helpful. I actually feel that they are the remaining breed of gentleman . The one time I missed the early bus cause I had miscalculated the timing for my connecting bus from Edmonton, I was panicking thinking that I was going to find other means of getting to Medicine Hat and the office lady assured me that I would have a spot in the next bus around 5.30 - 6pm. I was relieved. And the time a family member was visiting for the first time, they literally got the royal treatment. Yeah! Honestly, J & L Shuttle is the best.

Missed my connecting shuttle and had to pay for a new service last minute. The bus blew a tire and it was scary as hell. Never been in a car accident before. The bus driver was upset, called people on the road some racial slurs, and was yelling and talking about the conduct of other drivers to another passenger. He did not even let us know what was going on when the bus got into an accident. We were stranded in BASSANO for probably around 3 hours. We were not given an apology or offered any compensation at this point either. The replacement bus also had mechanical issues of its own, and the door kept sliding open as we were on the highway. You cannot make this shit up. I later found out that driver was the owner (WTF?!). I called about a refund multiple times and was basically told to go fuck myself. They did issue me a refund in the end but not without undue stress. J&L used to have a loyalty card too, and they cancelled it without notice or compensation to their customers. They think they can operate this way because they are currently the only shuttle servicing Medicine Hat-Calgary route. Absolute clowns
