This pharmacy drives me insane. They have messed up on refunds, sent out incorrect prescriptions, and it takes AGES to get connected to somebody at their customer service. There's no online portal which is just ridiculous at this day in age. Not sure why my doctor recommends this place... Planning on switching the next time I need a refill. read more

I had an issue with this pharmacy and one of its techs after a prescription I had was not delivered and I found out that their contract with the insurance company expired. Long story short, the tech was rude and communication could have been better. I was pretty upset about this experience and originally gave a 2 star review. However!! I would recommend this pharmacy now because their customer experience in the end was awesome. The owner, Moe, personally gave me a call after seeing this review and wanted to hear about my issue. He listened thoroughly and worked with me and my new pharmacy to get my prescription filled at the price that Care Connect would offer and apologized for my experience. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience was ok and spoke with the tech about working with customers when issues like this arise. I was really surprised that he was so in tune to feedback from customers. If I have an opportunity to get prescriptions from them again, I will give it another shot! It was so easy to get my prescription delivered right to my door within a day or two. For transparency, here is my original review: TLDR: I don't recommend this--bad customer service (gaslighting their customers, hanging up on them) and lack of communication. You're better off just picking up a prescription. I liked not having to go to a CVS or Walgreens to get my prescription filled and having it come right to my doorstep, but I unfortunately wouldn't recommend this business to anyone in the future. I had a prescription I needed to refill, called the number and filled it through the automated system. One week went by and no prescription. I called them to see what was up and they told me they "no longer had a contract with my insurance provider"... what? I've never dealt with that before. Long story short, the tech tried to gaslight me into thinking it was MY fault that they ended the contract with my insurance provider and the person helping me acted like he was doing me a huge favor by transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. No receipt of this transfer actually happening and overall no attempt whatsoever to notify me that they ended the contract. To top it all off, the person helping me hung up on me before I could ask any more questions about the change. Overall a really frustrating and disappointing experience. You're better off just picking up your prescription from the pharmacy. read more

Efficient, fast, and friendly. Two of our doctors suggested we use Care Connect and I now understand why. I was barely out of the doctor's office when Care Connect called me, ready to fill our prescription. They also looked for coupons and discounts to apply to our prescription. At least one prescription we had filled at Care Connect cost less than at our local Giant pharmacy. Medication delivery is also free. read more

I'm frustrated with this pharmacy. They didn't get back to me and it took a few calls- then was told they only had about 1/3 of my prescription and gave me an "I owe you" so as not to delay me getting the medicine longer. They were supposed to send the rest of the pills once they came in but they never sent it and its been months. Now that I am running out of pills, I've called back twice, no one picked up either time, and no one has returned my voicemails. I find this totally unacceptable customer service- especially from a pharmacy. read more

They are quick and deliver in VA... why do people still even go to CVS to pick up prescriptions anymore when it can be delivered to their doorstep for FREE? I always get my medication at least 2 days late because they don't listen and they can't tell me anything, like when it will arrive.

First off I want to say I would never have signed up for this type of pharmacy. My doctors office puts my perscription into my local CVS pharmacy which is a two block walk away. A Pharmacy that I have always used and have never had any issues with. Why my docotr chose to put my percription in to this place is beyond me. After seeing how this service runs no thanks! Its supose to be a two or thre day service. A full week later I have nothing but was told that yes they did deliver it to my home. What I did not tell them was that we have cameras everywhere outside and a sensor alarm, if anyone is even near the front door or drops anything on it that voice activated alarm goes off with the camera so we dont have to worry about theft. I was home the entire day too. So now I have been told on the second try its going through UPS. They have refused to give me any tracking information for a product I already paid for. They took my email and said they would send me the UPS tracking information. I have recieved no such tracking info . So my husband got on the phone sure enough the guy never sent the tracking information. UPS just delivered to my garage door that sits in an alley way not a safe location!Being in the city this service is not ideal for front door delivery or alley way! They rely on a computer screen to say if package was delivered no photo proof from driver, why not? Take photos thats proof thats what fetch and every delivery business does. Want to know if your driver is lying ask the customer if they have a security camera and weed out the bad apples. I have a security camera guess what the first time there was zero people that came to drop any package off at my door your driver either lied or they got the wrong door. All my neighbors have cameras yeah now you get it no one showed up! Not for any amount of money would I use this pharmacy service again. Horrible experience I give 0 stars. read more

Originally used CVS as my pharmacy for acne meds but recently my dermatologist recommended Care Connect cause of their prices. Tried them out and found that I ended up paying less than I was at CVS! Absolutely love this specialty pharmacy. I highly recommend this facility to EVERYONE!!! Especially when your deductible is high with your insurance or your prescription plan for some reason does not cover for your medicines. They will provide all the help you will need. I use the automated system for my refills every month. It has been convenient for me. The (head manager "Mo" and his colleagues will find a way to work with you at a reasonable price. This little pharmacy is a gem. They will deliver to your house no charge. They have all kinds of coupons they can use in conjunction with your insurance that reduces some prescriptions by half! My first experiences with Care Connect Pharmacy were wonderful, until I had the unfortunate experience with one of the techs there named Annalisa, there was a mistake by the insurance company/ DR's office I had informed her of these mistakes but I was met with an attitude and unwillingness to help. Instead of helping me and checking what was going on with my situation I was reminded that I was wrong. It took me having to speak with one of the other employees, I believe their name was Moe who was more then willing to help me. I've had to call the pharmacy a few times since this incident and if she answers the phone I am sure to ask to speak to some one else.
