The new director of this location decided to enact a policy that they have never enforced of charging $25 to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. My payments for a service visit are $20, how does this make sense?! Ivy Rehab has also cancelled on ME at least 3 times as I was driving in, yet I never was compensated and I certainly didn't charge them! As a result of this and the service we cancelled our services at Ivy, and have been thriving at UM speech. We now are on Ivy's "caller list" where they call you and harass you to pay. This business has an F on BBB, please consider giving your money, time, and trust of your child's development to a place that will at least pretend to care. Ivy doesn't even do that.

One of the big draws is that they have two different pools--one for laps and the other is a warm pool. It's not as warm as a whirlpool but is pretty warm so it feels luxurious to swim there. The little kids take swim lessons in the warm pool. The upstairs gyms are very adequate. There's many nautilus machines and some free weights. There are dozens of treadmills and ellipticals separated from the weight room. The entire upstairs has a track. I can't speak for the men's but the women's locker room was very neat and orderly. For the amount of traffic, the locker room is very clean, too. For a small township, this is an incredible gym. I hear the membership is $70/month per person, which is a great deal. Just know that if you want to drop in, it's rather expensive.

Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

She is gentle yet strong enough to get the results needed. I had a R Total Knee which had a lot of arthritic damage. My therapist is a great educator, she explains why the exercises are necessary as well as assisting gently when needed. I could not have gotten a better therepist. I found Magnum online, these guys got a Dr to do a house visit that afternoon, thank God because he was on blood thinning medication, they set him up on a lower dose of warfarin, got a nurse to come visit him twice a week to make sure he was reacting ok to the med dosage and also got a physical therapist to come to his house twice a week! He is doing 100% better now, able to leave his house when he wants and seems a lot healthier after the medication change. The physical therapist helped him to be able to exercise on his own and strengthen himself to be able to do household chores and his hobbies, I can't thank you guys enough, he really feels independent and happy again! My mom's getting care with Pace because its the only way she could qualify for Medicaid. They are…read morefriendly on the surface and many staff try very hard to be welcoming and warm but if you try to get actual information and help, they get defensive and hostile. For example, my mom waits for weeks or months at a time to get dental care, then she shows up and waits all day to be seen by the visiting dentist only to find out he or she didn't bring an xray machine or the necessary tools for the job, and she needs to be rescheduled. Its very frustrating. I know they try very hard and do offer some nice diversions for seniors (bingo, a good lunch), but they are not organized and don't take ownership of their many organizational bungles. Basically, my mom's just lucky if/ when she gets to see the nurse or dentist, it's hard to rely on anything.
