I called to book appointment and the visit was a week and a half out since the doctor was returning from vacation. With the info I gave over the phone, which was minimal, insurance was already verified upon arrival. Digital X-rays were taken right away and digital means zero wait time . A thorough medical history was obtained about my daughters condition. I was impressed by how in depth that went. When we met Dr. Hadla he asked a fair amount of questions and did many isolated muscle tests to determine the exact problem. He hit the nail on the head. We were prescribed PT, which happened to be in the same parking lot. Nothing about the visit was rushed or over looked. I am happy to wait positive results from PT, but that's a different review .

They all sort of work together to give the patients really great service and support. They encourage you.. Root for you.. Congratulate your hard work. They do physical therapy of all kinds- and give awesome hot pack massages (ask your Dr to include massage in your Rx! It's highly beneficial to healing!) This hospital is not safe for Black Americans. I literally left while still sick to go to another…read morehospital because I felt unsafe in their care. Any issues you have will be downplayed and dismissed. Staff is extremely unprofessional. Middle eastern staff is blatantly racist and will blame any issues you have on drug use. When asked for complaint forms I was denied. When asked for names to file a complaint I was ignored AND the staff all removed there badges. Asked to speak with a patient advocate on multiple days while a patient and was ignored. I've had to file two formal state complaints. They also make disrespectful comments and jokes about patients and inappropriate remakes to each other. I went here as it was the closet hospital and it was an emergency but I'd rather risk the distance than risk my life in their care. And I'd strongly urge any other black Americans to do so. And no this isn't me being "racist", my initial complaint was a black nurse. The hospital has poor care and poor bedside manner in general, race aside.
