The Waiting Room was large, very clean with decent furniture. I Liked the fact that the video on the TV explained what to expect from Quest at every step from the blood draw and after. The Technician Joe was great, he was very professional - I only felt a slight pinch in my arm where the needle went in. Besides I had my friend stay in the room with me while Joe drew my blood for moral support. The only negative part was my (GPS) Google Maps had a difficult time finding the office building. My son hurt his ankle and we wanted to make sure nothing was broken . It's very convenient. They can do x-rays on site and received the results via phone call within an hour. I also took him last month when he had the flu.. They have long hours and it's very convenient, especially on weekends I would go here again if needed.
