Everyone is nice and friendly. The doctors listen and each one is better looking than the last one. The only thing I don't like is I asked to see the same doctor each time and that didn't happen but hopefully I can straighten that out. read more

Too long of wait.. not many people at all was waiting an took way too long just sitting in the room to be seen!

My daughter had a really bad cold and they refused to send in a prescription cough syrup to help her sleep. All over-the-counter meds. Why go to the doctor if they won't prescribe anything? This visit was a complete waste of money. I had my daughter call back and I told them my concerns and they STILL wouldn't prescribe a prescription cough syrup to help with her cold. We'll be looking for a new provider. We've been here in the past and happy with the results but obviously, something has changed here and it's not been for the worse. read more

These people are the WORST! My wife went in today and they said she had COVID. Yet when she asked to give her Paxlovid, PA Jennifer Collins refused and said she would have to tough it out. Her quote to my sick wife was "I've had COVID twice and it didn't kill me". Not exactly the mentality you want in a PA. read more

I went to get a COVID-19 test and saw Ms. Fuller and she was extremely knowledgeable and an amazing caregiver. I thankfully tested negative and everyone at the facility was helpful and kind. I will definitely come back if I ever need to be tested again or if I ever need to go back to urgent care and I will be asking for Shaune Fuller. read more

I went to this clinic this past Sunday Nov 27,2022 My doctor had closed I had searched everywhere for another doctor and no one is taking new patients till after first of year I have a lot of medical issues including Diabetic my sugar was way high because I didn't have medicine the lady I saw last name HALL was very rude and only screamed at me because I take Xanax I guess she thought I was a druggie she said we don't fill those here and it got this sleep medicine on such and such date I know when I get my meds filled I take drug test every month and have a very good reasons why I have to take them she didn't want to hear it I told her if you don't want to fill those then don't but I need my other medicine Diabetic high blood pressure breathing medicine I was so sick while there couldn't hardly hold up they didn't check my sugar at all she finally said I will give you a 15 day supply and you better have a doctor after that I will never go there again after being talked to like a dog People go somewhere else there are other clinics in Griffin this one deserves patients and MISS HALL needs to be shown the door read more

My roommate has been there twice for the same issue. He asked me to write this review. He was diagnosed with a spinal column issue on his first visit. He was suffering from pain bad enough to prevent sleep. No prescriptions were written. He left out of disgust on the second visit. He spent an hour and a half in the waiting room and was then told that no doctors were on hand so he left. read more

(For the Griffin location) The quality of care truly depends on who the acting doctor is on the day you go. If you go while say, Mathew Davis or Heather Pickle are working, your visit will likely be expeditious and thorough. If you have shit luck and need to go on shifts that Shaune Fuller-Gonzalez is working, take a charger, pack a lunch, grab your travel pillow, blanket and be ready to wait all damn day in your private patient room. Staff and nurses are so speedy and efficient that once you sign in (whether the main lobby is crowded or empty) you'll think you're in for a quick visit. Site note: I will say, perhaps I felt so shit that I wasn't as adamant as I meant to be, but when having my vitals checked, nurse said my temp was 98.8. 20 minutes prior at home it was 101.6. 2.5 hours later when i got back home it was 102.8. So, be it faulty equipment or incompetency IDK- but why she couldn't just retake it like I ask still blows my mind. I waited in my "private patient room" for an hour and a twenty-five minutes yesterday, only for Shaune to come in - no apologies for my wait, no fuck yourself, nothing- just combative and argumentative about a flu swab I hadn't been given yet. (She argued with me that I had one and my results were negative...) I went in with high fever and stiff muscles and body pains. She tested me for flu. It was negative. Then she was so stumped, she sent me on my way. Anyways, I am an uninsured patient, so I'm REALLY feeling like shit it I can scrounge around and afford to pay $50 + test costs out of pocket. Normally I am very happy with my care here, however- heed my advice- CALL AHEAD, AND IF SHAUNE FULLER-GOMEZ IS WORKING, be sick somewhere else. I highly recommend the family practitioners Mathew Davis and Heather Pickle. Both are kind, they listen and dont talk over you, they're thorough and thoughtful. Went in this morning and was surprised to see no one else in the waiting room. Front office staff had me update my chart then I was called back where my complaints and vital signs were taken. A couple left out shortly after I arrived but I'm pretty sure I was the only one in the back. The lady told me "she will be in momentarily" then, I waited for right at 45 minutes! In disgust, I left without being seen. Never again! Would not recommend this place! read more

The ladies that work here are amazing. They truly care for their patients. They were so kind to this freaked out mama. I know moms who bring in their sick or hurt kids can be hard to deal with but everyone here was nothing less than professional, and patient. The lady in the front went above and beyond to help me and I'm so very thankful for everything you did for us. I also can't forget to mention Stacy who is great with kids. I really enjoy going to this doctor office. Everyone is very nice and care about your needs. I saw Dr. Jodi today but I have seen Dr. Tina also and they both are super sweet. All of the nurses are awesome too. Two that stick out are Sherry and Stacy. Sherry is awesome. She had to get my blood a couple of weeks ago and every time I haven't gotten blood work done I have bruised but this time I didn't. I would recommend this doctor office to any and everyone I know. Nurse Stacy is great also. The front staff is nice. Most doctor offices I have been to they can be rude and not really care about your needs or how you feel. You guys rock. read more
