I'm a big fan of foot reflexology and my previous place is closed presumably from the COVID pandemic. I googled "reflexology near me" and made an appointment an hour before. The place was clean and had a lot of massage beds that were separated with curtains. My husband and I got foot reflexology for an hour and the price was totally reasonable! The service included a 45 minute foot massage and a 15 minute full body rub. This is such a great place to relax for a great price. I definitely recommend going here and will return again. read more

Popped in for an hour foot reflexology session but was convinced to do the 30 min massage and 30 min reflexology for a discounted price. The massage was mediocre as was the foot reflexology, but there was a lot to be desired with regard to communication and understanding. The staff pulled both my boyfriend and I into a massage room despite the fact that he wanted the hour foot reflexology and I wanted the half and half package. Typically, one removes whatever clothing they are comfortable removing when going for a massage. This place insisted that I remove my shirt and tank top, and when I left my bra on they unclipped that and shimmied it off. In most cases I wouldn't mind removing clothing, but when only a thin curtain divides you from the rest of the patrons and people are in and out of the space, it can be unnerving to be half naked on a table. Upon paying, the gentleman denied that he had offered us a discounted price on the service (despite 2 of us having heard differently.) We definitely felt that we had been up sold and deceived upon leaving which was unfortunate - it would have been really nice to have a go-to massage spot in Fairfield. read more

I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet all the time. I had a few hours free today and wanted to do something relaxing (preferably in the supine or prone position without taking my clothes off). I decided to venture into this lovely establishment in hopes of getting a really relaxing foot massage and I was pleasantly surprised. I called on the phone in hopes of getting an appointment quickly and was taken right away. I ordered the reflexology 60 min foot massage. Right when I came in I was brought to the dimly lit back room. There were several beds all separated by a curtain and some private rooms which I assume are for those getting the "body works". I started by sitting on an ottoman and soaking my feet for about 15 minutes while I was given a very relaxing shoulder, neck, and arm massage. After, I laid on the "bed", a cloth was put over my eyes and I was tucked in comfortably with a large, fluffy, blue and white polka dotted blanket. I felt like a baby again. I then received an amazing foot massage with the perfect amount of pressure because the last thing I wanted was to pay $45 to be tickle tortured. After my foot massage I was then instructed to turn over and was given a very nice 10 minute body massage over the blanket. All in all it was extremely relaxing and I am happy with the service I received. Cons: Some may prefer a private room Being that you were in a large room with other beds you can hear people walking in and out and others receiving their massages. There was a child in the waiting room which you could hear every once in awhile. It did not bother me in the least but may have bothered others. Maybe could do a more personalized approach to the reflexology. read more

Since my initial post they have done updating (walls in between rooms- no more curtains separating clients). This is my favorite place to go for a massage and everyone I've brought there agrees. They do an amazing job getting all the knots out and are great accommodating walk in customers with no appointment. My wife gifted me a half-hour reflexology session for my birthday. I picked a Saturday and decided to add a massage. After showing the guy at the register my gift certificate, I asked him how much more it would cost for a 30 min massage. He pulled out his calculator and showed me the screen. $14.56, it read. I asked him twice, '$14.56 plus my gift certificate, for both reflexology and a 30 min. massage, right?' He said, "yes, yes." I agreed and went to the back. All I could think about was, I bet they're not going to honor that price. As the masseuse's began, her clumsy hands kneaded my back tender, often times painfully knuckling my spine. The reflexology wasn't much better. Almost every stroke and twist felt ticklish to my feet. I was very tense. I've had the treatment before and my ticklish feet have never been an issue. Most places do an aroma soak, giving my feet a gentle hum and numbness before they start treatment. Not here. When I finished, I walked to the front and five staff members were waiting for me. One in front of the exit door. The manager woman stood next to the register, arms folded with a stern voice, "You added a massage, $32 more." I looked at the man at the register and I said that's not what you told me'. "Oh, he made a mistake, he was talking about another treatment," the manager said. I said, 'Ok, that's fine, here's my card, but know that is not the price I was quoted. She said, "Ok you don't have cash, card is $3 more. Do you have cash for tip?" I couldn't believe the balls on this woman. And I'm always leery of places that press you for cash instead of card. Tax fraud anyone? I signed my receipt and handed a cash tip directly to the masseuse. She looked reluctant to take it and honestly I should've just shoved it back into my pocket and left. Thanks babe, but I'll take an Amazon gift card next year. read more
