I was on my way to the Bridgeport to Port Jeff ferry and had time so i yelped and found this gem. I decided to go for an hour foot massage. I felt cared for from beginning to end: the chairs are separated by curtains and fully private, the nice lady guided me through every step and it felt like my feet were truly being cared for (which is why i get foot massages, to honor my feet)! They started with a shoulder neck and scalp massage while my feet were soaking. Then my feet were dried and i was given a towel to stand on to change from stool to the chair. gave me an eye covering, a hot pad for my bask, a pillow for my neck, and a blanket. The foot massage was relaxing and had enough variety to keep me interested. Though this lady didn't use deep pressure, she was still able to work out some kinks. I've been going here for quite awhile now. I try to go twice a month at least. I love this place so much. But I have noticed that things are changing. As others have said, it has become noisy as the door is sometimes open. Customers sometimes talk and don't whisper. I notice that they don't change all the towels on the chair. How do they clean the pillows? Masks? Blankets? Are they new for each customer? I'm beginning to be concerned about the sanitary conditions. Please attend to this. I want to keep coming back. I was ten minutes late to my appointment which I understand and agree is my fault. None the less the man who gave me my massage was so aggressive and hurtful; at no point was he not using full force and at no point did he not use the point of his elbow. He also never even once asked me if the pressure was okay, never introduced himself or informed me when we were done and at several points accidentally pulled my underwear down because he was just moving so fast& aggressive. BUT THE BIGGEST THING THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW::: The rooms are cleaned to the absolute MINIMUM extent. Within 5 minutes of me exiting the room they already had new people walking in meaning they did nothing but change the sheets & nevermind using the same pump on the lotion for every customer ??? I had forgotten my purse in the room and since there was already someone in the room they insisted it wasnt. They then had me sneak into the room without the new customers knowledge lying there naked , to show them my purse was indeed there... smh please never go here people if you value hygiene or privacy... the aggression is at least somewhat forgiveable- everything else NO read more

So impressed with this place, I really think they specialize in foot massages. The staff there is so professional! The guy working the front is really helpful with explaining everything. I actually came with a magazine to read during my massage but that's not the vibe, it's very dark and quiet but I thought that was nice and relaxing. The chair you sit in is fancy and comfy and they give you a heated pad for your lower back during your foot massage and a cloth to cover your eyes. They do a very nice job. Before you start they soak your feet in warm water and rub your back. I think I'll treat myself to this type of massage frequently as I prefer it to a full body massage. My feet and legs got so spoiled! I took my mom too and she really enjoyed herself, I would totally gift a foot massage here to my family or friends. It's in the bin100 parking lot. I used to love this place. The last two times I've been in there two of the female massage therapists have had a HORRIBLE cough. One was doing my massage last time and this time she was next to me. I mean like a GROSS clearly sick cough. This last time I caught Covid from being there. I went no where else the entire weekend so I know it was from her. Called to see when they could take me an had immediate availability. When you first enter it feels very small and a little odd but don't let that scare you away. Once you enter beyond the reception area it is very dark and calming - takes a minute for your eyes to adjust. This place is amazing. I did the 1-hour foot massage. It was only $45! It starts with a foot soak while they massage your shoulders, neck, back, and arms. From there, you recline in a lounger, and you are given a blanket, eye cover, and a heating pad for your back and neck support. They work their way down from your knees to your calves, feet, toes, etc. They don't miss a spot. It is dark in there and silent except for the relaxing, tranquil music. So wonderful and relaxing. This was the best experience I have had. While I have had traditional massages, this was very different. I will be going back again for myself and buying my friends and family gift cards. I went (crawled) in today after a week of not sleeping well (work stress) and being sore pretty much everywhere (training for a marathon and have 3 herniated disks in my back) and had a 60-min reflexology and 60-min massage with Tina. I am not sure how it is possible, but I do not have an ache or pain anywhere in my body. She was absolutely amazing and even spent time stretching me out during the massage session. What did the amazing miracle cost? $89 +tip....Insane, but true. Go....don't walk, RUN! If you get a cramp on the way, no worries, they will work it out for you. My wife and I came here around 8:00 pm to celebrate our marriage anniversary. We reserved about an hour ahead of time, and were surprised they had availability immediately. Joy the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She was warm, and offered water while we waited for our turn. The place was also cozy, clean, and relaxing. The dim lights and ambient music in the back encourage you to rest and relax (reminds me when we were in Thailand & Philippines), although I wish they also use essential oils (e.g. eucalyptus, rose or lavender) as aromatherapy. We specially love the back & foot massage. Mae & Andy were the two people who massaged us, and they were very professional, and know what they were doing. They know exactly where the pressure points are, and know how to relax muscle tensions. I believe ours was a combination of Swedish & deep tissue massage. It was timely for my wife and I as were so achy that day specifically on the back part of the neck and shoulders. As soon as they started the massage, we were relaxed, relieved, and felt tenderized. We didn't even want to leave there. After coming home from massage, we slept so good that night. The price is fair and worth it for this quality massage. We'd definitely go back! read more
