This didn't feel like reflexology. Not quite sure what it felt like. I guess an in-between the toes massage mostly. I don't know. Maybe he had a toe fixation. I wasn't going to say anything. The whole lying down next to strangers, one who kept making strange noises, was weird enough for me. I had trouble hearing/understanding the worker at checkout and got yelled at a few times. They're great, quick and efficient, as is customary (don't let it come off as rude to you) and they usually use good pressure. I like strong pressure, and although both can feel nice, I much prefer the pressure point reflexology, not the foot massage where they just rub. One star lost because, depending on what you like, your reflexologist can be hit or miss. (**Stressing**what YOU like) My suggestion is to tell then up front what you like, and try going a few times to find one that hits you the right way. Then ask for them by name-and you'll always leave getting what you need. Even though I have left disappointed by the style of massage from a given person on any day--not enough pressure, to much rubbing--I continue to go and give 4 stars because the price is right, the right person will give me a great service, and the relaxation of just laying in the chair, justified. I just keep going back! Treat yourself to 30-60 mins of foot reflexology and it will totally change your day. Choose Sun because they're courteous and professional, they get you in quick, and it's possible to find a reflexologist who really knows they're stiff. You get a pretty good deal overall. Don't forget, tips are expected! Never tried other types of massages there so I cannot comment, though I feel all of the above would be similarly true. I was going here religiously for almost a year and a half. This afternoon I went and the masseuse took my necklace off kid massage. I forgot to put it back on before I left. An hour later , when I was at home , I realized I had forgotten my necklace. This necklace by the way is a Tiffany's diamond key necklace. More important to me than my wedding ring. I called them asking if they found a necklace and I was treated with such disregard. They said they found no necklace and OH SORRY, WELL JUST TAKE YOUR NUMBER. TWO PEOPLE WENT INTO ROOM AFTER YOU SO MAYBE THEY TOOK OR. And that was it. MY husband ended up going there after work to be treated very poorly and dismissed. I will be bringing police there tomorrow but I want everyone to know that you can not trust this business with your personal belongings. And the customer service was beyond disgusting . read more

I went here last Sunday for the first time for a 30 min Swedish massage with my husband who had a gift card,and daughter. Were all asked if we cared if we had a male or female. None of us cared so I had the male. I have had massages before and always relaxing but this was not. Almost as soon as he started I knew he was massaging much too hard for me, almost felt more like what a deep tissue massage might be. I had to tell him multiple times he was pressing/massaging too hard on back, shoulders, etc. Each time it was better for a few minutes, then had to tell him again. Thank goodness it was only 1/2 hour, almost felt like stopping but keep hoping he would lighten up. Just me thought, husband and daughter fine with the females so two stars instead of 1. I have to say I LOVE this place, I've been coming here for years. The only thing I wish is that it smelled better. I'm too embarrassed to say anything to them, but can you please air the place out, buy some smell good candles or spray a nice smelling spray. I don't think they realize it because they are in there all day. I've even had friends I know also mention this to me so it's not just me. Please- make it smell better in there. After a year of not going because of Covid, I noticed the same smell and I'm not sure I can keep doing it. read more
