Dishonest, disrespectful and disturbed. Inviting these people into your home is like inviting in a swarm of locust. I'm an 86-year-old woman in a wheelchair. All of their caregivers, with the exception of two, stole housewares, clothes, and even an overhead light fixture and switch. Apparently one of them was very mechanically inclined, and removed hasp locks, which were not affixed with one-way screws. When I approached the field supervisor, she denied all my allegations by claiming that I had dementia. To confirm her claim, she called a team to administer a mental status examination, which I passed. They further harassed me by calling, without my permission, one of my healthcare providers as well as a retirement community that I am considering moving to. They obviously do not do sufficient background checks. read more

Aide came with her 3 grandchildren and her dog for a 7 hr shift. Uncle got out of hospital last night. I kicked her out. She never buckled him in his wheelchair. He was on floor when I got home. She never changed his diaper. I pulled skin off when I took it off. He was in the same diaper for 24 hrs. I would give less stars but I can't. Kim and sherry the road supervisors are amazing tho. Absolutely the worst and most horrible company I ever dealt with! If there is a no star option I will give it a zero star or even minus stars. Trust me on this review because I am a caregiver at this company so I know what's going on and what I've experienced so far. The major problem with this company is the management because there is none available. This company recently inhaled a few smaller company and made themselves an even bigger company in the east coast. When you climb so high and you don't have the right people to support you then it's going to hurt a lot when you fall. First thing first they need to either retrain or fire dozens of people because why do you have staff member doesn't know how to do their job? The worst thing is that this location have massive amount of staff members on site but when you ever need assistant then good luck on that because you will never find help. If you ever got help it was just a matter of luck. Simply just trying to call this place and I guarantee all you ever get is the automated system and if you manage to get the front desk whoever that is would be clueless of what you want and how to do their job to help you. I mean this place hires people that looks to be just seating around and collect their paycheck. This place is extremely disorganized like I've never seen any other company in general as bad as this one. Someone needs to get fired or retrain to actually manage this place correctly. What I don't like about this company is that there is no communication between departments, you family does not receive the same aide , everyday there is a different person taking care of your parents. All of the aides we had so far has had nothing good to say about the company. read more

I had a home health aide come 6 days a week due to the fact I had strokes. One aide was fantastic, whike others took advantage of me. I had several items stolen and the last straw was when my pain medications were taken while I fell asleep. I just had a complete knee replacement surgery and was exhausted. I was released on 12/18/19 and was to have an aide at the house. I live alone. I had no aide at my house and have not have had an aide now for about 2 weeks. I had to make a police report for the stolen medications. They did not replace the aides. I called and was treated rudely by Diana and by Sherry. Their reason, children are outof school so therefore they were not sending anyone. This is a home health agency. Healthcare is needed 24/7. This is the most asinine excuse to be given. I don't recommend the home health division. I am treated poorly by the office personnel. I gave kept track of all items stolen in the past 2 years snd it totals over a few hundred dollars. I was taken advantage of and treated poorly. I do not recommend this agency. My next step is corporate which I find is impossible to locate a number for. I am also contacting area of the aging. We actually used this company for in home care for both our aging parents about 4 years ago. The care was fine, and, as promised. A bit more expensive than similar service providers. However, yesterday I called them for INFORMATION on helping out with my dad, who is in hospital right now. I was very clear that I was only getting pricing, etc. But, guess what? A Caregivers America person showed up in my dad's hospital room this morning, claiming she had been engaged for service! Luckily, my sibling was there and told her to get lost. Be careful is my advice. They seem to be eager for business, and will jump on your initial phone call to latch on. Word to the wise. BTW, we will NOT be using them again after this fiasco. read more

Both of my grandmothers have received services from the medical supply, home health and nonmedical. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. They have maintained such a high quality of life due to the efficient and effective staff. We experienced the different lines mostly because the staff are so well versed in other department's services and willing to provide the communications necessary to obtain what we needed. We had a few different aides on the nonmedical side but we liked having some variety and enjoyed the different personalities. What a great company! Thank you :) read more

office is very unorganized big time allentown office you can get better service from puppets and watch out for when the office moves lines are down no forwarding information check into other better care givers services, they love to use their cell phones and forget the clients. read more
