I helped a psychotherapy client of mine move from another place in Hollywood where he was doing terribly. Within a few weeks of living at the Plaza, he came to life, making friends, looking much healthier, taking care of personal hygiene, all of which hadn't been happening for at least a year in the other place. Now it is only my father for 7 days a week and we have 2 gals (one 2 days, other 5 days). They got into the routine here quickly. Took a load off of me after we had a family friend caring for them and that feel through. Both are very professional in everything they do. I don;t have to worry if one of the gals needs to change schedule, they have a replacement right away. Both are every good natured and my father likes them both. There has been alot of transition around here since my mom passed last month and they have been helpful in all aspects of caring for my father and the household. I wanted to give them written schedules, but Allen felt it was overwhelming. They missed night medications on more than one occasion. One caregiver didn't know what we wanted when I asked for a shopping list. My mother ended up in the hospital dehydrated. No apologies. I believe we only used them for a couple weeks, Allen had all the right answers and was very nice and friendly.
