A part of me feels terrible because the girls at the front desk were great and the first girl who brought me into my exam room was very sweet. They were great on the phone and took me in same day, but then the entire experience went downhill when the doctors came to asses my issue. I went in for ear pain. I explained my symptoms and told them, "I'm sure it's just a pimple in my ear, but I'd like to be safe and make sure." They check my ear and left to grab another doctor to get a second opinion. I hear them directly outside the door mocking me and calling me over dramatic. That I am "psyching myself out" and it's "just a little pimple" and they begin laughing to each other. I thought I must be hearing this incorrectly and being sensitive, but the laughing and mumbling that I'm pretty much making up my symptoms made me feel so beyond uncomfortable. I've never in my life felt so embarrassed and humiliated. These are healthcare professionals. I am simply coming in to make sure I am in good health. They then blame "anxiety" and completely write me off. It was a male doctor with blue eyes and blonde hair along with a short girl with long dark hair. I unfortunately do not remember their names. I always hated and felt uncomfortable in doctor's offices, and this experience will now worsen my outlook on the subject.

Temperature was listed in Centigrade. Weight in kilograms. P.A. lax and somewhat rude and sullen. Clearly does not like his job. May have too much responsibility without any oversight, carrying the business for a low salary. Name of someone else was on the exit paper w a weight 5 pounds lower. I think all the information belonged to a different patient although my name was typed (printed fr inet) at the top. Overall, Not recommended.

I needed it done rather quickly (my procedure is next week) and my deadline to hand in my school forms without getting penalized is coming up soon as well. I called Wednesday morning and they got me in the next afternoon!! My appointment was at 1pm, I arrived at 12:45 and they brought me back into the room at 12:50....AMAZING!!! I got my physical, a booster shot, and some blood work to show my titers. I was out the door a little bit before two, with my clearance form in hand. I couldn't be happier!!!

- made two appointment back-to-back for myself and my then 16 year old daughter for annual physical…read more- at the "physical" we endured a bunch of unnecessary tests like EKG (what 16 year-old needs an ekg? - saw the doc together for a total of maybe 5 minutes - was prescribed medications we did not need - didn't get the incentive my emplyer gives for annual physicals because the practice didn't bill it as a physcial - had a charge in my EOB called "ENCEPHLGRM" which they told me was an EKG (I'm an RN I know that's not the code for an EKG) which of course my nsurance did not pay for bc it was not necessary - not was it performed bc I didn't have one ended up with a $400 bill PER PERSON for a physical that should be covered under my insurance!!

A new patient date would be about a month away 2. I couldn't get a physical the same day 3. They wouldn't accept my insurance 4. Every other place couldn't be bothered with me because I was new It was all so frustrating until I finally found this place!! I called on a Monday afternoon and got an appointment for Tuesday at 9am! I was able to get in, fill out all the new patient paperwork and get my entire physical done within an hour. Every single staff member that I encountered was so sweet and friendly. The doctor was thorough and kind. The waiting room, testing room and examination room were fantastically clean and decorated nicely. I am SO beyond happy I found this place and would recommend them to everyone and anyone!!
