I admit, some of my praise for this office might come from a bad experience I had a few days ago else where, however, I'd be pleased with the care I recieved either way: I needed a physical and immunization forms filled out for dental work (under sedation) and school respectively. I needed it done rather quickly (my procedure is next week) and my deadline to hand in my school forms without getting penalized is coming up soon as well. I called Wednesday morning and they got me in the next afternoon!! My appointment was at 1pm, I arrived at 12:45 and they brought me back into the room at 12:50....AMAZING!!! I got my physical, a booster shot, and some blood work to show my titers. I was out the door a little bit before two, with my clearance form in hand. I couldn't be happier!!! read more

So I don't know why it says K Neary ha last name is correct! I have been seeing who I call Dr Jeremiah or Dr J for several years here . I absolutely love this entire practice of doctors n staff ! The care I receive here is better than my Specialist doctors I see who do not spend half the time these doctors take with each person! The women at the desk are extremely pleasant and helpful and the nurses who take your blood pressure and ask why you are there are very thorough and nice . I can't say anything bad about this great group of doctors! If I need a refill on something they send it in for me . I am disabled and Dr Jeremiah has been much more helpful explaining my illness to me . Getting me physical therapy or sending me for a MRI or telling me other ways to handle the neuropathy illness pain I live in daily non stop ! Too read some of the reviews is sad that if only one doctor is working the week of a holiday that people come on here to bash a person who is doing his best for your health care . Dr J is extremely compassionate about his patients! He is only one person as are the women who are talking to people in front of them plus trying to answer your phone calls . You will not find better health care for your illnesses than here . I been seen for everything from burns to sprained ankle and getting my physical here yearly ! My son goes here himself as he likes the same doctor ! There is a reason why they are booked it's because of the Outstanding care they provide each individual patient! Most of the nasty reviews might be from people only going in once or twice . It's shameful that people have so much time to write a nasty review! I waited 3 hours to be seen by a doctor and even after all that time waiting the doctor was hesitant to write me a prescription when I've been sick twice in the last 2 weeks. Not pleased with the service at all! Will not be recommending them to anyone! read more

I have been going here for the last 9 years or so. They just recently switched over to a new name and I will step foot in that place again after the last two weeks. I was calling to refill my prescription, like I do every other month for the last several years. I left a voicemail, to which they did not respond for SIX days. I then had to call them back three days in a row after that, to which they then filled a script, still didn't calll me back, and come to find out they fill it for the wrong amount. Then I had to call back and tell them I need a new script for a different amount. I had to call back for three days until I was able to speak to someone, to which I was on hold for eight minutes, heard laughing on the phone when they picked up. THEN, I had the nurse on the phone, before even asking for my DOB, my script I needed, or my name, she told me that there were "probably other people who have more important scripts to fill than whatever you need to fill". She told me she would have the script filled by the end of the day, I call back 24 hours later, same lady picked up the phone put me on hold for another ten minute until someone else answered the phone and said "sorry the PA was super busy yesterday and just didnt get around to it". Mind you, this has been going on for over two weeks I've been trying to get this filled. I wish I asked for the girls name on the phone who was so disrespectful because If someone in my office were talking to people like that, I'd have them fired immediately and be completely embarrassed that they would be representing my business. I understand everyones job is stressful and talking to people is a lot. I work in a customer service field and travel 6 months out of the year- I get it. I was never rude to these people, I'm not a demanding person, I didn't even have a Yelp account or ever make a review for something in my life. But I promise, any platform that I can warn others of this horrendous experience, I will. DO NOT GO HERE. GO SOMEPLACE WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED WELL. Had a 12:30 appointment to see the doctor, just to get a referral. Arrived 20 minutes early. Ended up waiting for over 45 in the waiting room and then waited another 30 minutes in the patient room WAITING to see the doctor. Then who walks in? A physicians assistant. Unbelievable. After all that waiting I don't even see the doctor I made an appointment for. Do not come here. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Both women working the front desk were not pleasant. Both rude when we asked a question about insurance. Will be changing doctors. Total waste of time. read more

This is my second review. The office was recently purchased by a company called Caremed, I believe. I have to say that after my review last month, things have improved dramatically! The front desk person (Lori?) is very friendly. And the best part of this practice is Jeremiah Eddington, PA. It seems that every person who schedules an appointment or walks in requests Mr. Eddington. He sees tons of patients nonstop. I don't know how he manages all of the patients he sees but he is always very thorough and presents as very caring. And the problem of having to wait several days for the results of my blood test has been resolved and I get my results the next day. Mr. Eddington is definitely a 5 star provider. Not sure if my new insurance will be accepted in the new year but I'd recommend Mr. Eddington to anybody. He is a true, rare gem and I'll be forever grateful to him. read more

I love this office but don't try calling to make an appointment. They never answer the phone and it goes to a voicemail to leave a message. It's a doctors office! How do you not answer the phone???? I took off 2 stars as this is an important aspect. It makes patients look elsewhere if they can't even get through to the office. However I give 5 stars to Dr Veliath and Jeremiah. They really take the time to examine you and answer your questions. read more

I was seen by a pa who told me I don't look like I have the flu. Seriously! Btw, i was hospitalized by the flu a few years back, so I am familiar with the symptoms. Additional, my sister recently recovered from the flu, confirmed by flu TEST. she did not listen to my lungs, at which time I questioned bc not sleeping bc of coughing and she said no your all set. Im not sure where she learned her diagonic skills and bed side manner, horrible! she pushed an antibiotic with out confirming an infection. I called the nurse 4xs to inquired about my blood work, an office worker called back to say, I'm not sure if your blood work came back I'm not the nurse...then why are you calling me? I know you help from flu naturally but the secondary infections like bronchitis, ear, etc. is what I'm concerned about. it's pretty clear when the mucus coming out of you body is yellow & green, something is up. I mustered every bit of energy I had to drive myself to that office, got dressed and out of bed as every part of my body ached...should I try to "look sicker"? There won't be a next time.
