She gave me the biggest eye roll and told me "there are two practitioners in the office. You'll have to wait your turn". So ok. A bitter receptionist is pretty standard in these walk-ins... HOWEVER.. what I'm about to type next is what made me write this review: I take my seat again and I hear her tell other staffers that there is a "NASTY GIRL" waiting to be seen. I turn to another patient in the waiting room in disbelief because of what we just heard and her draw dropped too! ***FRAN (I later got her name from another staffer) continued to rant but then abruptly lowered her voice to a whisper (I'm assuming Bc one of her co-workers told her she was loud) and from that point on, I knew it wasn't worth confronting this situation as the entire staff seemed very catty and I was in their for the flu and had no energy to go back and forth with this woman. I plan on speaking with the office manager as soon as I get my voice back to ensure Fran doesn't offend another patient. Her behavior was disgusting. Because of the bad taste in my mouth after hearing her call me "nasty" I could barely focus on my visit once I was called in. The nurse who took my height, weight, etc. wouldn't even look me in the eye (probably from embarrassment). I truly hope that the owner of this facility can get His/Her staff in check and hire a friendly receptionist who treats patients (who are going in there sick and miserable) with respect.

Anytime we are under the weather or pre/post travelling we ask them to come. They are both the nicest people, and so caring. We used to like coming here and there used to not be too much of a wait. Within the last year…read morewaiting time went from 20 minutes to over an hour and a half. It took them 1hr 45 minutes to do a nine month check up. Nothing crazy. Every single appointment has been crazy long wait and if the kids are sick, the sick visit times aren't even until a day or two later and rarely same day. I've been going to urgent care's instead. Doctors are supposed to have same day sick visits. I feel like they are seriously overbooking or have no staff or both. Now I give 5 starts for the nurses and secretaries who are amazing when I call or see them, but the review is solely based on how inefficient the office is.
