To Dr. Elaine Cheon-Lee, patients are just a source of money. She doesn't care about your health concerns. Don't ask questions during your annual checkup. If you do she will charge extra. That's what happened to me. After Dr. Cheon-Lee did a quick routine examination, I asked her a question: Is there anything I should know or be aware of about entering menopause? I made it clear I am not interested in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) because of its side effects. I wanted to know if I should consider a bone density test or perhaps taking supplements. The doctor recommended a couple of OTC supplements and then brought up HRT. She started badgering me about trying a cream that she assured me has minimal side effects. I finally gave up and said OK just to get out of there. To my surprise I received a $130 bill for an "office visit". This was in addition to the $188 my insurance company paid for my annual women's health exam. When I reached out to Dr. Cheon-Lee I was told the hormone replacement therapy was not part of annual visit; therefore I was charged for an additional visit. She agreed the bill was unexpected and acknowledged I wasn't informed in advance there would be a charge. This came after I repeatedly told her I wasn't interested in HRT given its side effects for women with a medical history like mine. So CareNet patients, be wary about asking your doctor questions without also asking what it will cost for an answer. If you receive an unexpected charge, don't waste your time reaching out to your doctor or trying to discuss the issue with the management team. No one cares about patient satisfaction. Your concerns will be ignored. I filed a complaint with my insurance company, which said it will keep Dr. Cheon-Lee on its radar. I will pay this bogus bill, so it doesn't affect my credit report. But CareNet has gone downhill as shown by the number of 1-star reviews it now receives. My advice: Skip this place and go somewhere with honest doctors who listen to and care about their patients. read more

I recently visited CareNet Med GRP at their Clifton Park office for my annual and met Ane Kline, PA for the first time. She was professional, kind, attentive and pleasant. I'm happy that she has joined the practice and will ask for her again in the future. You'll like her too! read more

I absolutely love Dr. Moon and NP Tiffany Bovard. However, I despise every other aspect of CareNet Medical Group. I did not find the other doctors that I had friendly or empathetic. There were mistakes made by the receptionists multiple times and never once did they take accountability. They even tried to charge me $50 for a missed appointment when they had it on file that I had called to reschedule it multiple days prior to the alleged "missed appointment." Also, when I was around 38 weeks pregnant I showed up to my appointment only to be told there was nothing on the schedule for me. I was then told my appointment had been cancelled months prior but I was never contacted. The receptionist said if I went to the Clifton Park office she'd call and they'd get me in. I showed up to the Clifton park office only to learn no one had called on my behalf like I was told. Overall, this practice caused me more headaches than it was worth. read more

This is my first appointment here since the Pandemic. They are very thorough with Covid Protocols, the only issue I had was that some patients in the waiting room do not understand the concept of 6 feet of distance. There was also a new receptionist who needs to work on her bedside manner. She was very short in her responses and didn't exude friendliness or a posture of care. read more

I had a pretty good first appointment here. The office wasn't as nice as previous places I've been, but it was clean and the doctor I saw was nice and also gentle. I wish she would have spent more time asking me questions and getting to know me and my unique medical issues. It felt more like they just wanted to get me "in and out" (pun totally intended). I've been to some horrible places, this was not one of them. I will go back for now. read more

Doctor Tsao and staff are excellent. However, their portal website is extremely poor. I have been a patient for many years and it still has the same problems. When bringing up a message , it displays transparently on top of the current page so it is difficult to read. Also when bringing up a document, there is no way to close it. I have tried it in 2 different browsers so that is not the problem. Since this is the main way that they communicate to patients, they need to get it fixed. read more

Had my yearly scheduled 12 months out, I get to the office 20 mins early and was told my appointment was cancelled over a month ago. Never received a call to reschedule or to notify me of the cancellation. Not only that, but I was told that my doctor is at the Schenectady office today when my appointment was made for the Clifton Park office. Also, the secretary was unable to reschedule me because the computers were down. Only giving 2 stars because I like Dr Priaino however I'll likely switch offices because this is unacceptable and now I'm out of work for the day unnecessarily. read more

I made an appointment with Elaine Cheon-Lee, MD, on my only week off. They call me weeks later to reschedule because the doctor is not going to be available. So now instead of waiting a couple weeks, I'm waiting over a MONTH. They should have made some kind of accommodation since they are cancelling and I arranged to take off specifically for this appointment and it is extremely hard for me to take time off. read more

Dr. Cheon-Lee is a very thorough and knowledgeable gynecologist. She is also very calming and kind. She has been my doctor for quite a few years now and when this is an uncomfortable type of appointment to go to, I think it is hard to find a doctor you stay with for a long period of time. There is never a long wait period, which can be such a double standard. During this unsafe period of COVID-19, they are all very good about making sure everyone keeps their distance and follows mask safety, which I take very seriously. I completely recommend this office and Dr. Cheon-Lee. They are also not such a far distance to me; another nice perk, even though I would drive a much longer distance to go here. Dr. Moon is the first provider I've had actually listen to me regarding my concerns and seeing her was a relief after a long-standing struggle to be heard. She doesn't keep you waiting and answers any questions you may have. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a new OB-GYN. I switched to this practice last year after the 2 drs. I really liked left the practice I was with. Not impressed at all with CareNet. My appointment was for 8am, the doors did open until 8:15, when staff coming into work, had to knock on the window to have the doors opened. Office staff not friendly. Mammo tech not through at all. I'm high risk for breast cancer and she didn't seem to care. The Dr. I saw cared more about giving me a lecture about my weight than my concerns. Trying to find someone new yet again. AWFUL do NOT go here !!! Extremely rude and disrespectful! They do not care if you are having a miscarriage. And they do not call you back when you call crying about having cramping. They told me there was nothing they could do and hung up on me. They brushed me to the side when I needed there help the most, when I was in the most pain and when I was most vulnerable !! I switched my doctor immediately. Had to go to emergency room to get help. They caused me so much distress. Trust me do not go there even if it is the last doctor on earth.
