I was not happy with the previous elder care that I had hired, especially when they did not show up on two scheduled occasions and that you had to commit to two shifts of at least three to four hours each. I found when researching various Elder Care, this "shift commitment" was very common. With Sarah's Care, they work just the hours that are needed. I could not be happier and my father could not be happier. All the caregivers are completely attentive to him and his home and I'm kept constantly updated to any changes in his condition. They also bring him to many of his scheduled appointments and tend to his shopping needs which also help me a great deal since I work full time. I understand refusing help but to go out of your way and act so unprofessional was really ironic for an establishment with the word compassionate in its name.
