The pharmacy staff are kind enough to get you a coupon discount if the insurance pricing doesn't get applied but I've also had experiences in the past where they couldn't simply honor a prescription and went back and forth with the doctor's office. It is so nerve-wracking and emotional to be dealing with fertility issues when trying to grow a family and I had the BEST experience with Mendell's. They have incredibly kind and competent people answering the phones and dealing with orders. I was able to get my medication overnighted at no extra cost and it came packaged like a present with a little bag of Hershey's kisses and a sweet note. I was really touched when I opened it up to see all the extra touches they do for their patients. When I reordered I used their online form And was very happy with how fast someone got back to me with my processed order. Things were seamless and so easy yet again. Today was my third time ordering and once again I had a great experience. I filed my order form out with the wrong date and it was so easily fixed by staff for me and I had a great experience interacting with their wonderful staff yet again. I wish all pharmacies were this well run And sensitive to the patients they have.
