They recognized my need and, with some reservation, I'm sure, agreed. Fortunately, my driver hit the parking lot a minute after close, so it didn't put them out so badly. But, they were ready to help. And, the obvious things they do. Gary (one of the pharmacists) has pointed out some things I should be aware of with my medications, as he spots them. A pharmacy tech could not have been much more rude to a customer whose child was very ill. She called in a breathing inhaler and was told it was in stock when arriving. They only had another one available for a couple hundred $$ more. The tech was not compassionate at all and spoke rudely to the customer when she expressed concern and had taken the time to drive there bc it was listed as in stock. I know that, but it usually takes about 20min. I was told they're not understaffed, this is normal and I just have to wait. However, customers tend to become rude, unpleasant, and demanding when certain items are not available. I understand that this is not the fault of the store employees, but rather a fault of the corporate policies. It's disheartening to watch employees being called out for things that are beyond their control. I can only imagine how many unpleasant people they have to encounter on a daily basis due to corporate. I have observed that if you are looking for a pharmacy, this place is suitable for you. However, please note that many people also come here for the same reason, and things might be out of stock. But the good thing is that they are quick in restocking. On the other hand, if you are shopping for items, this place is a hit or miss. They don't always have items in stock like other CVS locations I have shopped at and this seems to be an inventory distribution issue with corporate. I have only noticed this issue when shopping at this specific location or other CVS stores. If you are local, you pretty much know the people there are wonderful and helpful.

These temps couldn't care less about customers. Absolutely atrocious service by a LUCY today. Ohhh my God! Very hard to understand, does not want to lift a finger to work, and does not seem to want to be there. Not sure why Walgreens would hire people like this and put them at a pharmacy counter! Worst decision. Maybe they could be used for re-stocking shelves etc but not in contact with customers. No wonder the Boots-Walgreens company is reportedly in financial trouble.
