He charged us 600 dollars (to include 5 hours of labor.. joke) and never fixed the issue. These guys are scam artists and seem to spend their days ripping people off as they work on their own race cars that they are building.

What concerns me is that I did not see any signs warning that vehicles would be towed, and I was given very little explanation regarding the specific parking rule that was supposedly violated. When I asked questions, I was left trying to track down answers myself. To make matters worse, payment was requested in cash, which raised additional concerns for me as a customer. If a vehicle is going to be removed and someone is expected to pay hundreds of dollars to get it back, there should be clear documentation, transparency, and posted notice explaining the parking restrictions. I am currently requesting documentation showing who authorized the tow and the specific reason my vehicle was removed. Until then, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
