Blad was able to quote based on videos, but did give himself an out in case my video really did not show what really needed to be done. Initial quote was close to half of what the other guys wanted. At the end, it ended up being a little more, but I never felt like he was trying to screw me over or pad the bill. Communication during the process was exceptional. Matt and Gary took care of my move, and they were rockstars! They moved stuff out of my house and into a storage, and helped condense two storage units into one. The last part of this process involves Jamal and Joseph taking care of my "haul-away" items.
