We were browsing in the Riverside Park Square area on 11/16/24. This was my first visit to this location. My daughter and I decided to walk into the Carhartt store with no intention of purchasing anything. The store is clean. They offer a variety selection of outdoor gear to name a few: shoes, beanies, gloves, jackets, base layer, backpacks, overalls, hats and more. The store was pretty busy. I noticed a parka jacket I really liked. My daughter offered to purchase for me (early birthday gift). The parka jacket was $130 regular price, however, received a 15% discount as her company was listed to receive it. One of the employees (male gentleman) was nice to bring me an XS size from the back stock. I tried it on and it was perfect!! =) I've been wanting to get a new parka jacket and this definitely was the right timing. Good price for superior quality clothing. read more

I absolutely love this Carhartt store! They're so conveniently located and nice as soon as you walk in! Everyone is always asking if you need help finding anything and making sure you feel comfortable and confident in your purchases. They have such a wide selection of different clothes and just make it such a good experience in general. Not COVID safe. Both registers are open and cashiers encourage customers to stand shoulder-to-shoulder. No way to effectively maintain appropriate distance at the check-out counter. read more

Every time we go to the Carhartt store downtown Spokane everyone is super friendly and helpful immediately as we walk in the door. Even with masks we know they are smiling! Great people and great customer service! read more

My family love Carhartt very much every outfit is mostly Carhartt but after today I don't know if we will buy anymore stuff. Today 12/26/23 the workers were so rude and disrespectful to me and my mom, we walked in going to return a vest that we bought for my dad but had a rip so we went up to the counter and my mom said that we would like to return this cause it has a rip and the worker said "okay did you order this online?" And we said we ordered it at the store. Instead of him being like I'm not sure we sell this in store he VERY RUDELY said "we don't carry this in store and we never have so you must be mistaken" which if he said that nicely it wouldn't of been a problem but he said it so disrespectful. Then my mom was like ya we did the kid with the arm sling helped us and the guy said "nobody works here with a sling" looks at his friend like we were crazy a rolled there eyes. There is no point in being rude to a costumer that was kindly returning there ripped vest. We felt very attacked, we were just trying to get a return then finally he said we can get a return label to return it. His names is RORY consumer leader experience I think that is what his name tag said but for sure his name is RORY. Then while I was writing his name tag down cause I was very offended he hide his name tag with his hand and if he actually didn't do anything wrong he wouldn't have hid his name tag. I'm truly offended by my experience and not happy at all maybe they should be nice to nice loyal customers. read more

Great place! Small but with a huge variety for the working guy! Staff is very kind, typical retail ritual.. greeting and always offering to help out. I love their hats or just popping in to see what new items they have because my dad works outside and it's currently the chilly/cold season and I like to have him stay warm if he will be outside. Love the store over shopping Carhartt.com. some of the sizing is a bit off from what you'd expect, so the fitting room is a great answer. And by the way, the employees don't give you a hassle over using the fitting room or rest room. The Associates do approach the customers as soon as they walk through the door which sucks, but with the appropriate response they'll back off. I have found that going on during evenings and weekends is better, when the ladies are working. The guys on shift during work days are more aggressive about "getting the numbers". The layout out of the store is perfect, but I would've liked for it to be a bit larger as to provide a wider Carhartt selection read more
