We spent some time late morning the next day on August 16 2020 in downtown CDA. Stopped here to buy a truckers hat of the CDA official emblem since I've seen people down in Treasure Valley wear CDA apparel from time to time. It was $30 for a hat logo but I've gotten a good and fair use since I've worn it a lot ever since, both down in Treasure Valley and in Southern California visiting loved ones. The staff were good too. Since my birthday was the day prior to visiting their business they willingly gave me a sticker free of charge. I've been wanting to come again someday to CDA on another trip up the Idaho Panhandle like the one I took in the Summer of 2020. Maybe there will be something else I want here. If there is I will be more than happy to stop by again

Why can't you just say ... sorry you're not satisfied with this product but unfortunately we can not exchange these as written here on your receipt. That would have been a Perfectly acceptable and easy response instead of being so rude that you had to explain what kind of loss your not willing to take instead of wanting a satisfied customer. I filled out a piece of paper and was told this paper would allow them to contact me to do that. They took 20 items for $10. I wanted to get my items back and take them elsewhere. When I got there and told them I'd like them back, they told me they were already on the floor and it was not possible to get them back. They said I should have signed up for a call ahead. Which I was under the impression I did given the paperwork I filled out. So, I lost 20 items for $10 and they had no remorse or apology for the miscommunication. I have no interest in doing anymore business with them. Please beware of taking things there to sell. You are not their priority. They will take your things, give you chump change for them and send you on your way.
