We interviewed 8 companies and chose All About Pools because of Jayson Furr the project manager. We met with him initially in his office in Tyler. He was sitting in his truck waiting on us when we arrived. I liked him immediately! He was in his work clothes and I could tell he was a hard worker. We had a meeting and we had a budget. Out of the eight companies, there were two bids lower than Jayson. One bid came in after we had already met with Jayson and we decided to stay with Jayson. We showed him the lower bid that we had from the other company and he worked with us and came down a little bit closer to that bid. We were very appreciative of that. He came out, looked at everything, flew his drone over. We came to an agreement over the money, signed the contract, the very next day early in the morning he was there with this crew working. They would work in the cold and the rain. Jayson answered the phone every single time we called if for some reason, he couldn't answer he would immediately call us back. No matter how simple the question was or how many times we called, he was always very polite very patient and very very customer friendly. We trusted him. We trusted him with our retirement monies that we had saved for this project. We always wanted a beautiful spa and pool. We also met the owner. The owner explained to us how important his customers were to him. He's been in the business over 40 years. The company is part of Better Business Bureau bonded and insured, and presented all of that evidence to us in the folder that was given to us. He had pages of references that we could check. Even though the owner had had some health issues, he came out to the job site to look at everything and talk to us and thanked us for picking his company. We should be done with the job tomorrow. They poured plaster today and will do the acid wash and we can start to fill tomorrow. The pool and the new spa has transformed our backyard. We are beyond thrilled. We are also beyond thrilled with the customer service and the quality of work that was provided to us. We have encountered nothing but professionalism from all of the workers that he contracts with. They are all hard-working and very polite. This is our first pool and spa. We moved from out of state less than a year ago so we had to start from scratch to find a pool company. We highly recommend All About Pools and Jayson Furr for any of your needs. They do a tremendous job and are very hard-working. Also, Jayson is there every day on the job overseeing and working beside the people that he has contracted with. The project was completed within time promised, despite weather issues. In fact, they threw in a few things I did need that I didn't realize until the day of install. They also were able to set up install within weeks, not months, like the other stores. I did not want to wait until summer was almost over, I wanted it up and running in April. And it was. When I brought in my first water sample, they told me what I needed to get my water right, but did not insist I buy my chemicals there, but their prices are right in line with the big box stores. Swimming season is coming to an end and with all the trees in our yard, we will be closing up the pool. They have promised to give me full instructions on how to do that right and have clear water come next April. I have no complaints.

The sales person, Cade did a great job and called their warehouse to confirm what was there and we made our selection based on what was available. What we got was not what was presented to us and what we were told was available. It appeared to us that we were given what they wanted us to have and assumed we would just accept it. The liner was not the same. The ladder was not the same. And, we thought we were getting the pool setup with lights however, we did not get the lights either. The customer service we received when we called about the items they "chose for us" was unsatisfactory as well. We were dismissed by their store manager MULTIPLE times. The owner did not want to make things right but, eventually agreed to a $400 in store credit. However, when we chose to go to the store again to utilize the credit, the manager made the process difficult and we chose to leave it alone. Not worth it. They can keep their store credit and we will not recommend them to anyone...
