If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm writing this review to warn and help protect other condominium associations from this company. This company is extremely disorganized and, in my opinion, operates in a dishonest and unprofessional manner. Association fees are raised year after year, yet there is little to no visible improvement in property maintenance. Repairs are either not completed properly or ignored altogether, leaving the property in poor condition. There are also serious concerns about financial management. Funds, reserves, and payments appear to be mishandled, and the association is consistently pushed into debt. Additionally, the company fails to comply with legal obligations by not providing homeowners with proper documentation or transparency regarding how money is being spent. Board elections and meetings are not conducted appropriately, and homeowners are not given a fair or transparent process. Communication is another major issue--calls and emails from residents often go unanswered, leaving concerns unresolved. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I strongly caution any association considering working with this company. read more

I just moved into an association handled by Caribbean and so far everything has been awful. They never called me to tell me I was approved which delayed my move in by a whole month. I literally had to call them myself to find out in which then they said I was approved. I had to call them all the time for updates on my application, which then they would tell me I had to pay a new fee. If you know all the fees I have to pay, why not tell me first hand instead waiting for me to call so you can process the application? everything has been horrible. I am currently waiting for them to register my phone number at the gate and now I am seeing that it will not be done anytime soon. So frustrating. read more

So this "business" says they do "property management". Here's the crazy thing, and its something they don't realize. The property doesn't call you at 6PM when the plumbing breaks. People do. The property doesn't call you when there's something wrong. People do! These "people" .. actually, monster, don't know how to treat the people that make up their community. The people are the reason they haven't gone insolvent. They deny all your calls, tell you they'll get back to you and never do, tell you they are sending someone to look at the issue that never shows up. ABSOLUTLY THE WORST "PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY" POSSIBLE. Elizabeth G, the VP and Co-Owner is occupying a position she doesnt even know how to handle. Rude on the phone, rude at the office, heck, maybe even rude in her own house too. I am telling you. If I can give this company 0 stars I would, worst customer service ever, they will not answer any of your calls or emails. sent them over multiple emails regarding a issue that I had, called them everyday and when you finally get someone on the phone and address the issue they would put you on hold and eventually hang up the phone. They are THE WORST!!!!! It is a crime how this company is able to stay in business. I had to deal with a FAT uneducated piece of trash, she was rude, nasty, and had no class. I am disgusted with how the place I live still does business with them. No one knows what they are doing, the turn over for employees is embarrassing, every time you ask to speak to the person you spoke to in a prior conversation I am told they no longer work there. This company is dreadful. I own a house in a complex they manage, and everything from the initial purchase of the home forward has been a nightmare. They are slow to address maintenance issues (and by slow, I mean months, not days or weeks). The staff, including management, are rude and unhelpful. They frequently ignore emails and phone calls. The general level of incompetence is shocking. I will say, the maintenance staff working on site are fantastic. They work hard and do a great job (and I suspect are payed peanuts). But the office personnel are the among the most incompetent and unhelpful people I have dealt with. read more

Unless you own an account you will get and worthless phone recording that best case you can dial 0 and get the operator that will, no matter what answer that she is the operator and has nothing to do with whatever you are requesting, and that she will transfer you to the voice mail of such and such that always is busy. You won't be called back its a fact! try to call them during lunch hours they whole office takes a lunch break at the same time and they let you know on their phone recording! not even the receptioninst has an early lunch and stays during the break to convey phone calls to the usual voice mail that would not make a difference ether besides giving you false sense of hope. I think the company is the problem and not the employees they have had a huge rotation of staff and the work style remains just as bad. The record for the longest processing time of everything, Also the: I am talking really fast "how can I help you I want you to hang up" attitude and the: I will never answer you voice mail and the "we don't have to, by law we are only obligated to" having this to deal with this company is like having a bad teacher at school you know that they are not on your side and they will do everything to make their students life hell, bt you still have to deal with them until the end of school year. read more
