Will I recommend: YES my experience is not the same as others. Facial is really to come back they need to add light therapy more. This is the spa I frequent and so far best in Omaha. However, do not join the skin club! They charge you automatically every month and you cannot skip a month. I've been coming for months and missed a month due to a busy schedule and they would not let me roll it over. So unless you know for sure you will do it every month don't bother! :( read more

Jack gave me one of the best massages i've ever had. Splurged for the 80 minute massage & it was worth every dollar. I feel like their prices are very fair. The spa is quiet, relaxing, clean & soothing. I've had massages at OTHER places where the massage therapists talked through a lot of the massage, which is the opposite of relaxing. Jack was quiet yet let me know when to take deep breaths & still made sure i was comfortable. I can't say enough about how wonderful he was. I did have the hydro facial as well. It's quite expensive. I have been a client here since Sakoon opened, both on the day spa side and the medical spa. The host a lot of events and open houses which are always generous with goodies and giveaways. I have gone for solo spa days and single service appointments. One of my favorite things is that they do not do hair or nails so it's more quiet and not chemical smelling. The staff is professional and accommodating. I also buy a cocktail and sit out on the private patio and read when I come for a spa day. I recommend Sakoon to everyone! Sakoon is one of the only true day spas in Omaha. Note to other "day spas:" a few massage and facial rooms in the back of your hair salon does not make you a day spa. Anyways, for a recent unnamed milestone birthday, I treated myself to a package at Sakoon. They have both a spa and medical services. The experience began with a brief tour, then the opportunity to get changed into comfortable robes in the locker room. While waiting for services you sit in front of the Himalayan Salt wall where you can enjoy tea or flavored water. This area is my only reason for 4-stars - this is where you are supposed to relax and enjoy some quiet, but the layout does not serve this purpose. Unfortunately, there is near constant commotion of staff changing out rooms, customers coming and going, etc. With regards to the services, I was able to experience both a facial and massage - both were very relaxing and a high quality experience. After the spa I was able to take advantage of the sauna and enjoy a tasty cocktail that came with my package. I also really liked browsing some of the cute merchandise - candles, jewelry and of course skin care. Overall, I feel Sakoon is one of the best options in Omaha for a day spa experience and I would definitely come back! read more

After completing 10 laser hair removal treatments I was informed it doesn't work for everyone. I have spent a lot of money and have no results! I wish they would have told me this before I signed up or when I kept doing the treatments. I've wasted a lot of money and still have the hair! I would suggest a place that does a lifetime warranty for laser hair removal. Otherwise be careful of spending so much money and time at Sakoon with no results. read more

My skin was glowing immediately, and felt brighter + clearer + tighter right away...but the next morning was the ultimate best, my skin looked incredible! She is so knowledgeable and truly wants to help you look + feel your best. Highly recommend Ciara for facials! Also, want to highly recommend Jenn for body work/massage. None better. The entire experience is great - they have a nice "locker room"available with showers and a sauna you can use before or after your session. I was running late for a lash fill appointment today due to babysitting issues and I called well ahead of my appointment time to let them know. I was told I could come in anyway and they would do what they could with the time allotted. When I came in I waited for 10 minutes only to be told that they were set up for their next appointment and would be charging me for the full service. I will not be using Sakoon again. Terrible communication and customer service. For $50 they lost a client who has spent far more than that in services. read more

This place was great!! My girlfriend and I had a couples massage here with Doris and Jack. They were both so professional and kind and the deep tissue massage with the hot oils was the best ever!!! They even gave some relaxing and delicious complimentary tea, infused water, and chocolate afterwards. Also had a great facial with Heather here! Felt like I was floating and almost falling asleep. I had an awesome experience at Sakoon. I was injured and needed a massage. My call was answered by the most attentive person. She knew I was in pain so she called me back with an earlier "same day" appointment due to a late cancellation. Once there, I was greeted by Katelyn who was so welcoming and knowledgeable. She gave me a tour of the facility, a robe and slippers. The women's area has secure lockers, showers w shampoo/conditioner and soap. There are post shower items available, too. Did not enjoy filling out multiple applications / questionnaires for the different services as many of them asked the same thing. I received the hydra facial, massage, and Dysport. This is a beautiful spa. Highly recommend for a girls spa day. Jenna was my massage therapist and the massage I chose was the art of slumber. True to it's name, I was so relaxed that I ended up sleeping midway. This particular massage makes an awesome gift for someone who recently had a baby and are getting adjusted to all the sleepless nights. I was under a lot of stress at work, and having trouble sleeping. I had a deep slumber massage with Jen, which was so helpful. Jen was wonderful. As a busy working mom of 3, this was renewing for my body and soul. They provide you with a comfy robe and sandals. You can sit on the patio or relaxation room as long as you'd like, with complimentary tea. They have a dry sauna and nice clean showers.
