Shouldn't you want to use product and ingredients based on my skin and not just what I think I may need? In the middle of the facial she used what seemed like a paper towel to wet my skin and it dripped in my ear the whole time which was annoying and not super professional. The skincare products were incredibly drying to my skin and smelled DISGUSTING. I was just excited for it to be over and it was clear this was just about their tools. Then on the way out they tried to tell me I owed them $50 and we went back and forth while they tried to tell me the date I was in there and with whom. After I finally said I've never in my life been here but will pay you your $50 they decided to verify my phone number and name and said "oh sorry I clicked the wrong name". I learned a lot, and had a lot done, taking closer to an hour than the 25 minutes planned, which was totally fine with me (she asked to make sure)! My skin is very sensitive, and I had some small scratches afterward that healed in 2-3 days.
