Customer service: -they are at the mercy of the owners. So if you book through VRBO and they mess up your reservation, too bad, so sad. Our reservation was changed and canceled and multiplied, requiring us to move rooms while there. It was a terrible experience. Never will I ever stay here again.

I looked at many other charters but I liked this boat since it was different. The night before 8pm, I get a call saying we are being switched to a different boat since there are just 2 us of. I wasn't really sure what to say since it didn't seem there was a choice. The next day we arrive and it is a regular boat and it was explained it was better for us since we could go out farther. I honestly was very upset with the last minute change. It was less expensive but that was not the experience I had expected or booked so for in advance. We ended up seeing a larger group on the boat I booked in advanced and I figured they just got paid more for a bigger group. To be honest I was very unhappy about it. That being said we did have a great time regardless. Thanks to our captain she was wonderful so the rating is for her. 2 stars for the business though.

They gave us great suggestions on snorkeling spots, stopping at Lime Out vs Pizza Pie for lunch, and were just genuinely nice to talk to. The day out on the water was great. We swam with multiple sea turtles, a baby shark, sting rays, parrot fish, and squid! After the great day, we were silly and forgot a bag of ours on the beach. Unfortunately my GoPro was on top of the bag, and someone with sticky hands walked by. In a crazy coincidence almost a week later, Scotty actually saw the guy and got the GoPro back! I never expected to get those videos/photos of our family vacation back, but thanks to Scotty, we'll have them in hand soon. Book with them. You won't be disappointed.

Sarah, his First Mate, was spectacular in doing everything from helping him sail, keeping our drinks refreshed, putting things away if they needed to be protected, accompanying our friends as they snorkeled and taught them what they were looking at, and felt like a fifth friend. We will do this again next time we come and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to see the islands from the water.
